Hello dear soul,
This meditation is for you if you feel overwhelmed or drained by taking on the low vibrations of someone else,
Their drama,
Conflict or blaming or just their ongoing bad mood.
Maybe you felt attacked at your workplace from a colleague for no rational reason or your partner has been in a funk all day and now you feel in a dark cloud too.
As a highly sensitive being myself I have been there multiple times dear one and this is why I had to find tools to clear my own emotional being.
In this practice I'll guide you through a cleansing process that will cut cords with those dense uncomfortable energies,
Frequencies that haven't originated in you but have been absorbed by you from others.
I'd like you to just find a comfortable seat or lie down and then just take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale it out of the mouth.
Deep breath in and out.
Relax your forehead,
Relax your shoulders down and away from the ears,
Relax your jaw and whilst you feel your body becoming slower,
Realize that not everything that weighs you down is yours to carry.
Keep on breathing deeply and breathing in really feel the heaviness that you have been taking on by someone else.
Breathing out,
Let it go,
Realize it's not yours to carry.
Where in your body do you feel that heaviness?
Send your breath there and then breathe in lightness,
Breathe out heaviness,
Breathe in lightness,
Breathe out heaviness.
Breathing in,
Realize that hurt people hurt people.
Breathing out,
Release all pain that you have taken on that is not yours.
Breathe in warm golden light,
Breathe out pain,
Breathe in deep breath into your lower belly in and breathe out with a loud sigh.
Keep breathing in and out deeply,
Sinking deeper towards the ground,
Realizing that you have let someone else's energy cling and stick to you.
It is not yours.
It is not yours.
Now repeat silently or out loud the following sentences after me.
I come back to me.
I come back to my center.
I give back what is not mine to carry.
Now I'd like you to think of that person that has stirred you up and wish them well.
Really see their face and have a look at their face with compassion.
With compassion say I see your pain.
It is not mine to carry.
I wish you a release from it.
I see your pain.
It is not mine to carry.
I wish you a release from it.
Now I come back to myself.
Continue to breathe deeply.
Imagine now being in a warm shower.
Warm clean water caresses your skin,
Washes away everything that is not you.
Feel every drop.
Washing and cleansing yourself.
Feel the warm drops falling onto the tip of your head,
Running down your face,
Your neck,
Your chest,
Washing your heart,
Your belly,
Your back,
Your thighs,
Your calves,
Your feet.
A warm soft stream of clean water flowing down your whole body.
Your whole body.
Now imagine wrapping yourself in a warm fluffy big towel.
Dry yourself.
Imagine rubbing your arms,
Your face,
Your hair,
Your belly,
Your neck,
Your thighs,
Your calves,
Your arms,
Your face,
Your hair,
Your belly,
Your legs with that warm soft white towel.
And then slowly,
Gently,
Lovingly come back to this room.
Your body sitting or in peace and breathing out peace.
Breathe in calmness.
Breathe out calmness.
Breathe in love and let love flow back out of you.
And then gently start moving your fingers,
Your toes,
Maybe rocking the head from left to right and gently blinking the eyes back open.
Namaste.
