Welcome to your confidence meditation.
I'd like you to sit in a noble position with your back straight,
Your shoulders put back a little bit,
A comfortable,
Yet kingly position.
I want you to take the next moment to remind yourself that as of right now,
There's nowhere you have to be and there's nothing you have to do.
It doesn't matter what you did before this meditation and it doesn't matter what you're going to be doing after.
I want to invite you to start this meditation by breathing in through your nose and out through your nose.
On the inhale breath,
Say to yourself,
In.
As you exhale through your nose,
Say to yourself,
Out.
In,
Out.
On every out breath,
Notice your body slightly get a little bit more relaxed.
You notice some tension in your shoulders dissipating a little bit.
Your face relaxing,
Your arms,
Your legs,
All relaxing just ever so slightly as you inhale in and exhale out.
I want you to continue this same breathing through the nose,
But instead of saying to yourself in,
You're going to say,
I am.
On the exhale breath,
You're going to be saying confident.
Inhale through the nose,
I am.
Exhale confident.
I am confident.
Now using your mind's eye,
Imagine seeing yourself on top of a hill.
Seeing yourself screaming in your head,
I am,
On the inhale breath,
Confident on the exhale breath.
I am confident.
Now I want you to imagine how it would feel to be extremely confident right now.
Ask yourself,
What would it feel like to be extremely confident?
Now ask yourself one more time,
What would it feel like to be extremely and supremely confident?
Now imagine whatever feeling you just had was a six on a scale of one to ten.
Now if I wanted to ask you to make this feeling of confidence a seven,
What would that feel like?
Ask yourself one more time,
What would it feel like to be extremely confident?
Now I want you to ask this question one more time,
But instead of feeling it at a seven,
Feel it as a ten.
Extreme confidence,
What would that feel like?
Ask yourself,
What would it feel like to have supreme,
Absolute,
Utter,
Delusional confidence right now?
Now for the last time,
I want you to ask yourself one more time,
But instead of a ten,
See if it's possible to make this into a twelfth.
The amount of confidence that you feel when you ask yourself this question,
Feel it to the fullest.
And as you ask yourself this for the last time,
What would it feel like to have absolute,
Supreme,
Utter confidence right now?
What would that feel like?
Now as you feel more and more confidence pulsing through every part of your body,
I want you to use your mind's eye to imagine you walking on the street.
Imagine yourself walking on the street supremely confident,
Feeling absolutely determined,
Confident,
And self-belief to the fullest.
You walk a little bit slower,
You're taking in the environment as you continue your stroll that has a mix of complete and utter confidence and purpose.
You notice people on this street are looking at you and saying to themselves,
Wow,
This person is so confident as you continue walking with complete determination.
Now imagine you get to the end of the street and you're in conversation with another person.
You're conversing with them,
Talking to them,
Laughing,
Charming,
Everything you're doing,
Every word,
Your body language is done with an absolute,
Complete and utter confidence.
You notice the person you're talking to is laughing at the jokes you're making.
You're loving every moment that they're in your company with.
Now I want you to bring yourself back to the present moment.
As you breathe in through your nose,
Repeat the I am on the inhale and as you exhale through the nose,
You say to yourself,
Confident.
After every exhalation,
You pause for a second and feel the confidence pervading every part of your body.
Every time you breathe in through your nose,
You become more and more confident.
If you are breathing in through your nose,
Then you are becoming more and more confident.
If you are breathing in through your nose,
Then you are becoming more and more confident.
Now,
Imagine the next thing,
Bring to mind the next thing you're going to do as you finish this meditation.
Now imagine that action through your mind's eye done with an absolute degree of black belt confidence,
An avalanche of confidence through everything you do through the rest of your day,
Starting with this next task.
You go through your day with complete confidence because you know you are a truly confidence based person.
You are confident.
It's in your blood.
If you are breathing in through your nose,
Then you are becoming more and more confident with every breath.
Now bring your attention back to the environment.
Focus on the noise that you can hear in your environment,
Your seat,
Your legs,
Your clothes,
And slowly open your eyes and do that next action with complete confidence.
