She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all method, nor that the answers to life’s challenges can always be found in a single place. Instead, she blends a range of approaches including talking therapy, trauma-informed care, CBT, somatic practices, mindfulness, breathwork, journaling prompts, and reflective exercises. Her work is grounded in cutting-edge neuroscience and a passionate interest in the nervous system. She believes that we all carry the answers we seek within us; sometimes we just need a guiding hand and a little psychoeducation to help us navigate the path. She also believes in the power of nature and walking as tools for connection, grounding and clarity. Through her work, she supports others in finding a way of living where regulation, awareness and inner balance become the new normal.
