I hold space for nurturing a grounded spiritual foundation in service to healing. My work focuses on capacity building—cultivating mindfulness and compassion, and opening to the wisdom within to relate to difficult emotions and limiting beliefs. Together, we focus on establishing and/or deepening a regular practice that supports you to meet life’s challenges with ease, stillness and clarity, while also recognizing the abundance and joy available in the present moment. We begin with a pause to ground and meet experience as it is, with an open and curious heart. My approach is rooted in the Buddha Dhamma through Samatha (calm) and Vipassana (insight) Meditation, weaving together Mindfulness, Compassionate inquiry, elements of Yoga, Deep Ecology, and Embodiment. Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher through the UC Berkeley Greater Good Science Center and the Awareness Training Institute (2-year program). 200-hour certified Yoga Teacher and Work That Reconnects Certified Facilitator.
