Begin to connect to your breath.
You can do this lying down or sitting up.
Breathe in nice and slow and channel.
Meditate and be aware of your surroundings.
We don't need to do anything.
All we need to do is breathe.
Inhale deeply.
Bring the breath up from the belly and out through the mouth,
Counting to seven.
I will count for you.
Breathe in.

Exhale out the mouth.
