Close your eyes.

Breathe in deeply.

And exhale.

And again,

Breathe in.

And exhale.

As you breathe in again,

Imagine yourself sitting next to a pond.

The water is still.

Clear.

Pure.

As you sit by this pond,

You realize it is a pond of peace.

Peace.

Tranquility.

Calm.

At this pond of peace,

Birds sing.

Dragonflies buzz.

Lilypads float by.

This pond is an entire universe in itself.

As you continue to breathe in the fresh air,

You look into the water.

Looking back at you is a face.

Your face.

You realize it is a face of peace.

Peace.

Tranquility.

Calm.

You smile.

Breathe in deeply.

Near the edge of the pond,

You see a pebble.

You toss the pebble into your pond of peace.

With it,

You toss your worries,

Your tensions,

Your stress.

Breathe deeply here.

Come back now.

Check in with your body.

Open your eyes.

Notice how you feel.

Namaste.

I thoroughly enjoyed this. I found the music level appropriate, but the chimes were definitely a bit over powering/disruptive as compared to the voice and the music. I LOVED the message; so simply and beautiful. Thank you.
