Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

Breathing in and out through your nose.

Natural flow.

Observe.

Witness the inhale.

The exhale.

Sinking into your surroundings.

Relaxing more with each breath.

Becoming heavy.

And letting go.

Prana is the life force within you.

You have the power to expand its energy through your body to fan the flames.

Soften.

Breathe.

Trust.

Clenching and tightening only limits the force within you.

Relax your body.

Allow the tension to melt away.

Stop telling yourself you can't.

For what you say is what you believe.

You've come so far.

Look at all you have experienced.

What lies ahead is a small portion of what you've already accomplished.

Breathe deeply.

Feel the prana flow within you.

For it is your breath which carries this life force,

Stoking the fire within.

When you become afraid or tired,

Your breath becomes more shallow.

That inhibits the flow.

Keep breathing.

Sending prana to your muscles,

Your vital organs,

Your brain.

Envision that fire within you.

At your solar plexus,

Just below your navel,

Picture it as a flame.

And with each breath you take,

The flame grows stronger,

Glowing brightly.

Feel the energy blanket your entire body.

With each breath you take,

You're being filled with healing,

Life-giving energy.

Inhale deeply.

And exhale,

Welcoming the re-spiriting of your body.

The power of the universe supporting you with each breath.

Connecting you to the energy within.
