This track is my first recorded guided meditation track. The focus is to help you relax your entire body by helping focus on the sounds and consciously release tension by visualizing that certain colors are releasing tension. You can start by laying down or seated in a comfortable chair.

Transcript

Bring yourself into either a comfortable seat or laying down either on your bed or the floor Starting off with nine slow deep breaths When you inhale,

Breathe in through your nose slowly and exhale out through your mouth nine times On your own Allow your body to relax by slowing down your exhales,

Making your exhales longer than your inhales You can free up your breath by taking a big inhale and expanding your ribs,

Even the back of the ribs Allowing your belly to soften as your solar plex expands As you inhale,

Naturally allow your chest and your ribs to slowly move towards each other with ease Feel your diaphragm completely soften Finish up with a few more rounds After you complete your cycle,

Breathe in and out through your nose At this time,

Visualize your body in your mind's eye You may be seated or laying down See yourself clearly in high definition See every part of your body You may even see your body slightly glow As you continue to listen to the sounds,

Imagine these sounds as colors in your mind's eye See these colors completely surrounding your body,

Like your body is in the eye of the tornado and the colors are swirling around It can be a variety of many different colors,

Red,

Orange,

Yellow,

Green,

Blue,

Purple,

And every color in between And now with your mind,

Focus on pulling a variety of colors or one color into your feet with your breath Inhale the color into your feet As you exhale,

See the color move deeper into yourself Breathing in the color into your feet Exhaling out Moving the color deeper Begin to shift your focus onto your calves Breathing in this energy to soften your calf And exhale this energy into your bones Breathing in the colors into the calves Breathing out Seeping into your bones Now feel the vibrations move into your thighs and hips Melting the tension as you inhale And as you exhale,

Spreading the energy throughout your legs Breathing in,

Melting tension Breathing out,

Spreading the energy See the energy traveling into your belly and swirling around just like a cyclone Just like how the chakras move in a clockwise rotation Allow the colors to flow and move around the organs Intentionally move the colors through each organ,

Creating optimal health Flowing upwards This color energy moves into your chest Opening your heart Connect with your heart Feel your heart rhythm synchronize with the sounds and your breath Now opening the gates in your shoulders Feel the energy pouring down into your arms,

All the way down into your hands,

To the tips of your fingers Releasing your grip on anything that you may be holding on to Witness this powerful energy travel up Into your neck Opening the gateway to your communication and manifestation abilities Free to speak into existence,

Exactly what you desire And that energy,

That desire comes from a place within your heart And within your soul Creating your purpose Lastly,

Raising all of that energy into your head Unlocking your jaw,

Smoothing your eyebrows,

Softening your temples And opening the top of your head Receiving all of the energy,

Information,

Thank You🙏💗A beautifully deep body scan meditation. Towards the end I found myself playing with the energy throughout all 7 chakras...I just wish I could visualize the colours🌈...something I have always had trouble with.
