So,

Just take a moment to allow your eyes to close and allow yourself to begin to relax.

And as you begin to comfortably drift asleep,

I'm just going to tell this bedtime story in the background.

And through a portal to the past lived a wizard who was exploring ancient woodland.

And little did they know,

Soon they'd be experiencing a deep sense of peace and calm.

And this wizard was exploring this woodland in search of a library.

And as they wandered through the ancient woodland,

They could see old trees,

Branches,

Poking off in many directions.

With mosses covering those old trees,

Dangly vines hanging from the branches.

Hearing the gentle rustling of the leaves of those trees,

The echoey sounds of birds singing through the woodland.

And as they continued to walk and explore this ancient woodland.

So they could hear each footstep they took and feel each footstep on the undergrowth.

Until eventually,

They see an old looking building way off in the distance.

Just the faint hint of that building through those trees.

And as they close in on that building,

Noticing the bricks of that building,

Some of those bricks being worn and cracked.

The vines beginning to close in around that building,

They notice the door to the library standing slightly ajar and they walk up to that door.

And with a gentle creak,

They push the door open a little more so that they can squeeze inside and they squeeze inside that library.

And it's quiet inside this library and they can instantly see rows of books and the walls covered with books,

All contained within dark wooden bookcases and they start to take a look at which books are where in this library.

And as they look around at the different books,

They find the section they're after.

They're after a very,

Very specific book and they look at the names of the different books on the spines until they see an old book that they've come here searching for.

They take that old book off of the shelf,

With a slight puff of dust,

They open the book,

They take the book over to a table,

They sit down on a dusty chair and they begin to look through that book.

And as they look through the book,

They find the spell that they came here searching for.

They read what they need for the spell.

They see that they need a crystal orb and they need a bowl of water and so they find a crystal orb within the library on one of the shelves.

They search out the back of the library,

They find a sink and they find that the water here still works and so they pour themselves a bowl of water.

They set this all up on their table and then they begin the spell.

And the spell involves making an incantation over the bowl of water and then an incantation over the crystal orb and then sprinkling some of the water onto the crystal orb and as that water flows and runs around and down the crystal orb,

They continue their incantation And as they do,

The orb begins to glow and go cloudy with a purple glow and a purple fog within that orb and as they watch that purple fog swirl and form within the orb,

It increases and increases before beginning to clear and as it clears,

They see in the orb what looks like a tower and as they look at that tower,

They know this is where the artist who they will be seeking is based and so they then prepare to leave the library and they set off in search of long lost treasure and they know that they need the help of the artist to find that treasure and then they need to be able to get that treasure back to their town and so they place the orb back where they found it,

They pour the water away,

They place that book back on the shelf before leaving the library,

Heading back through the ancient woodland and beginning their journey in search of that artist,

Trying to find that tower so that they can then find and access that long lost treasure and as they search and leave that ancient woodland,

So they begin to head through the most beautiful countryside and they walk and they walk and day after day,

They continue their trek through the countryside.

There are days with blue skies and barely a cloud in the sky and other days,

It will be cloudy and they'll barely cast a shadow and the meadows are incredibly beautiful with the sounds of birds,

The sights of butterflies and bees and wildflowers.

With many of the meadows spread across undulating hills,

They continue their journey and as they continue,

So they eventually arrive at a river and as they are walking down towards the river,

They can see from atop one of those undulating hills that the river weaves through the landscape and off in the distance is a bridge and so they follow along the edge of the river listening to the trickling water,

The rustling of reeds as they walk in the direction of the bridge,

Eventually arriving at a beautiful wooden bridge and with echoing footsteps they walk across that bridge to the other side before continuing their journey and after a while,

The river splits in two and they remain on the same side of the river and just follow this side and as they follow this side of the river,

They notice a beaver building a dam,

They stop and watch a little while with intrigue at that little beaver bringing down a small tree,

The way it works with the wood to build its dam and just seems so diligent,

Working there on its task as they continue their journey following the river and they reach a point on their journey where the path leads back to cross the river at this point and they know they have to head in one specific direction and they look at their compass and they see where they are in relation to that direction and they know they have to cross this point in the river and this point the river is shallow and slow moving and there are stepping stones from one side to the other and so they gently step across those stepping stones crossing this river to the other side before continuing walking through the countryside and over weeks and weeks of walking through countryside the seasons begin to change,

The summer begins to turn to autumn,

The colors around the wizard begin to change from vivid colors of flowers,

Bright greens to yellows and oranges and the soft almost springy grasses and undergrowth becomes more crunchy as they continue to walk and as they continue every night stopping,

Setting up camp,

Having something to eat,

Watching as the sun sets,

Often watching as the moon rises and the stars twinkle overhead,

Usually sitting beside a campfire,

Crackling and popping,

Giving off the most comfortable warmth,

They begin to enjoy this journey,

They begin to get used to this journey,

The peace and the quiet,

Exploring,

Seeing new things every day and one morning they eventually arrive at a small mountain range and there's a tunnel which seems to have been cut through this mountain range and so they walk into the tunnel and as they walk into the tunnel so everything around them becomes darker and darker,

They light a torch,

Watching the dancing glow from the torch,

Bouncing around the walls,

The faint occasional sound of dripping water,

The slight echoing sound of their footsteps as they walk deeper and deeper into this tunnel and then they begin to notice a dot of light in the distance after a long time of walking through this tunnel and they know that they're approaching the far side of these mountains and as they eventually approach that light exit which seems especially bright after spending so long in the darkness of the tunnel,

They exit that tunnel and they see the most incredible landscape and walking along by the tunnel they see a cat and that cat is just sat there and starts to meow looking at them and then the cat begins to walk and the wizard just watches,

The cat stops,

Turns,

Looks back at the wizard,

Meows again and then continues to walk and the wizard continues to watch and so the cat stops,

Looks back and meows again then the wizard realizes that the cat seems to want them to follow it so they begin to follow that cat and the landscape this side of the mountains is very different from the landscape other side of the mountains,

It's as if the mountains alter the weather on this side perhaps blocking certain air currents,

Certain weather patterns and they follow the cat as that cat walks through light woodland with broadly spread out trees,

Some large oak trees,

The occasional tall white trunked trees,

Tall grasses and this path weaving through this woodland and as they continue to follow this cat so they hear the sound of an owl in the background and then silently that owl swoops past and lands in a different tree seeming to just watch them almost as if it's just keeping an eye on who they are,

What they're doing here and so they continue until they eventually notice what looks like a castle in the distance,

They follow the cat towards that castle and they can see within the castle that there is a tall tower like the tower they saw in the orb and they know that this must be the place they're seeking and so they continue heading towards that tall tower,

Towards that castle and the castle is surrounded by a ring of deep water and there's a bridge lowered for them to cross and so they cross that bridge,

They enter a passageway through the castle wall and they continue following the cat all the way up to the entrance to the castle and the cat sits itself near the door,

They walk to the door and they knock and there's no answer and so they open the door and walk in and they immediately find that they're in a vast echoey room with paintings on the walls,

Stone floor,

Some rugs down on the floor,

Wooden furniture,

Ornaments on shelves,

They look around and they begin to explore the castle,

They have a sense in their mind of where the tower should be in relation to where they've entered the castle and so they head to where the tower should be and they find a staircase and it's a narrow staircase that winds around,

They begin to ascend those steps and at the top of the staircase after quite a climb they encounter a door and they knock on the door and they hear a voice say come in you're expected and so they walk in through that door and they see an artist who seems to be just a young boy and this young boy is painting and the painting is of the wizard and they say again you are expected and they explain that they have visions of things perhaps to come and they can paint things that may not make a lot of sense to some and the wizard explains that they're in search of some long-lost treasure,

They need to get that treasure and take it back to where they came from and they explain how that treasure is supposed to be able to help someone that they love and this artist gets a canvas,

Places it on an easel and begins to paint and they begin to paint what looks like clouds and then in those clouds they paint a door and once they've completed their painting they say to the wizard pass through the doorway in the sky and the wizard doesn't understand and they ask where is the doorway in the sky and the artist looks at the canvas and then looks back at the wizard and then says right there and the wizard doesn't understand but walks to the canvas and as they walk to the canvas they notice that that painting seems seems almost 3d and there seems to be a faint glow coming from around the door inside the door frame and as they reach towards that door in the canvas so the glow intensifies before eventually as they reach towards that door it's as if their hand has reached inside the canvas and they actually feel the door handle,

They can feel the coolness of the metal of the door handle and they open the door and as they do so that door seems to get larger and move towards them and they then step into that door in the canvas and as they look back they can see the artist in that room in the tower and then the door closes behind them and they find themselves walking through a long corridor each footstep sounding like a dull thud as they walk at the end of the long corridor is another door and they open that door and find that they're on a beach and they walk from the door down onto that seafront down onto the sand the soft sand beneath their feet and the sounds of the sea water gently lapping onto the shore the blue sky with the warmth of the sun overhead the glistening of the light of the sun on the surface of the sea the smell of the salty sea air the sounds of seabirds flying in the distance and as they explore this beach they see a shovel just stab down into the sand they go over and they pick up that shovel pull it out of the sand and they imagine that maybe the treasure is somewhere here buried but they don't know where as they look around at the environment and they see two trees seeming to have grown at different angles to each other and as they walk around they reach a specific vantage point in relationship to those two trees where the two trees seem to cross they notice a certain point on the beach where that cross falls and so they head to that point on the beach unsure if this is a place to dig or not but deciding to dig here anyway it's the only clue that they could find and so over a long period of time they dig through that sand initially soft almost fluffy sand and then more dense sand and then through what feels like slightly sloppy pebbles with each layer that they dig through making a different sound and after digging for some time the shovel strikes something solid and so they carefully dig and remove everything from above that solid object and then from around the sides of the solid object recognizing that it's a chest and they dig the hole wide enough around the object because it's a large chest so that they can kneel down and open the chest here in the hole and so they open that chest and they were unsure what it was that they would find they just knew they needed to seek the treasure they open that chest inside the chest they find a scroll an ancient text rolled up and they take that scroll out of the chest they begin to read the ancient text and they're a wise wizard who can understand many languages and they understand this ancient text they understand its meaning they understand its value that it remains here for others to discover if they need it in the future with the knowledge from the ancient text the treasure being able to remain in their mind to take back with them and after reading that ancient text they place it back in the chest and they know that they need to recover the chest so they fill that hole back in before finding their way back to that door they head through the door they head along that corridor to the door at the far end of this corridor they open the door and they can see into that tower room and they step out of the door into the tower and the artist asks if they found what they were looking for and they acknowledge that they have they descend the steps deeper and deeper into the castle they walk through the castle they leave the castle behind and that cat walks with them all the way back to that tunnel through the mountains they walk through that tunnel and journey all the way back towards their home and it's a very long journey and they keep going over and over exactly what that ancient text says what it was that they've memorized and eventually they arrive back at their hometown and they head to a specific house a house of a loved one and they knock on the door and open the door and walk in and their loved one is lying sick in the bed and they head over to them they say they have found what they were seeking they go and make up a potion they make an incantation while preparing the potion they give their loved one that potion to drink and then they say just rest back a moment they recall what the ancient text said and they rest their hand gently on the forehead of their loved one they begin to match the breathing of their loved one they then begin to soften and relax their muscles and their hand transferring that sense of softness and relaxation through their non-verbal communication into the loved one helping the loved one to feel calmer more relaxed to reduce tension in their muscles and they then begin to speak and they begin to say you can just take a moment to listen to my voice and as you listen to my voice so you can begin to relax and that relaxation can begin in your forehead and around the top of your head relaxing softening deeper and deeper and that relaxation can begin to flow down through your head around your face your cheeks softening relaxing spreading that deep soft relaxation down through your neck all the way down to your shoulders and with each out breath you can breathe out any stress and tension while breathing in comfort and peace as that comfort and peace spreads down your shoulders down your arms all the way to the tips of your fingers before spreading down through your body softening and relaxing the muscles through your body deeper and deeper around your chest your upper back down your sides to your lower back your stomach within you as well as around you softening relaxing deeper and deeper down as that relaxation moves down around your buttocks down through your legs all the way down to the tips of your toes and then the wizard begins to channel universal healing through them as if channeling energy straight from the world around them into their body channeling and focusing that through the hand resting on the forehead of their loved one and they channel healing light and they say in that healing light can begin to spread from the palm of my hand through my fingertips through your forehead beginning to envelop your head spreading around your head spreading through your head deep within you spreading healing around your head your face down your neck deep within every cell of your body spreading out to your shoulders with each breath that you take deepening healing relaxing spreading that down to the tips of your fingers down both of those arms within both of those arms and down through your body down around your chest your shoulders your upper back around your sides down to your stomach your lower back down to your bottom and all the way down to your legs to your feet healing each and every cell within your body so deeply so comfortably so peacefully that healing light focusing on those areas it's required within you and you may notice while this is happening perhaps those areas where the healing is required seem to feel a little warmer or a little cooler perhaps those areas seem to glow a little brighter as the healing light works in those areas and the wizard performs this ritual from that ancient text and then says and now as that healing continues within you you can drift and float peacefully into a dream and as you drift and float peacefully into a dream so your neurology can be healed and your neurology can then spread that healing throughout you and as the healing continues while you sleep and dream you'll sleep and dream so peacefully so soundly asleep giving time for the healing to complete within you and once that healing is complete then you'll wake up feeling refreshed revitalized and as the last of the healing light spreads through from that hand on the forehead into their loved one so their loved one drifts and floats so peacefully so comfortably asleep and they then go and sit elsewhere just reading a book while keeping an eye on their loved one as they rest there and sleep and in the morning their loved one awakens with a smile and the wizard looks over and smiles back and their loved one gets out of bed tells them how good they now feel they feel like they've been healed they feel like themselves and yet they're different they can notice that healing has taken place and they thank the wizard and they spend the day in each other's company and at the end of the day the wizard having not slept for quite some time looks forward to heading to bed and they rest down in bed and they drift and float so deeply relaxed asleep into slumberland
