This is part 4 where you are the wanderer, continuing your exploration of Taramysia. As you wander, you encounter the Dream Weaver who creates Dream Catchers which shape dreams. They teach you how they do this before you gather items with them so that they can craft a dream catcher for you. With this dream catcher, you settle asleep and dream. The next day you share your dream with the Dream Weaver before continuing your journey and as night falls, sit down and drift asleep into Slumberland.

So just take a moment to allow your eyes to close and allow yourself to begin to relax and as you begin to comfortably drift asleep I don't know whether you'll find yourself drifting asleep faster to the sound of my voice or whether it'll be to the spaces between my words and as you comfortably drift to sleep I'm just going to tell this bedtime story in the background and in this bedtime story you take on the role of the wanderer you're continuing your journey exploring through Taramacea and as you awaken this morning and you have something to eat and you pack away your belongings you have a sense of curiosity about what today will hold what discoveries you'll make what encounters you'll have and awakening you smell the fresh air feel the very slight breeze on your cheeks hear the gentle rustling of the leaves of the trees and feel a deep sense of peace and calm as you set off continuing your journey through Taramacea continuing through the forest and for some time now you've been walking off any track just finding your own way through this landscape and as you continue to explore you eventually stumble upon a path again and on the path you'll be able to walk slightly faster and easier than you've been able to do so while just pushing through the forest and so you decide for a while to follow this path as it happens to also be on your path and you follow this path hearing the sounds of birds in the forest the rustling leaves the sounds of other creatures so calming so relaxing around you just taking in being in the moment enjoying a sense of exploration smelling the sense of the forest and noticing that along this path slightly more dappled light reaches the ground than when walking through the forest itself and that slight increase in light means that there's a little bit more plant life along the edge of the path some flowers some plants with broad leaves and those flowers have a certain scent to them and draw to them butterflies and bees and other small insects and animals and so as you walk along you find yourself transfixed by some of this additional life just watching the creatures flying to those plants and flying from plant to plant each with its own purpose each just going about its daily routine and you think about how they are doing that without any conscious awareness with no thought at all they just know what they should be doing from moment to moment instinctively and automatically and you continue to feel the very slight dull thud of each footstep that you take gently following this path enjoying the way that those rays of light dance on the path ahead with the gentle movement of the canopy above and so you continue your journey occasionally lost in thought and at other times focusing externally on what you see and hear and feel around you and while continuing along this path you notice that there seems to be somebody sat down at the side of the path off in the distance and you can have a sense of curiosity as you approach unsure who they are what they do and why they're there and as you near them you notice they seem to be sat on a wooden chair an old looking wooden chair and they seem to be weaving something in front of them and their weaving seems to involve turning a spindle with their foot on a pedal you see the way the thread moves from its location just over one of their shoulders attached to the chair behind them is getting weaved in front of them and you notice as you near that whatever it is they're weaving seems to gently sparkle and glisten and as you approach they notice you and glance up and stop their weaving and you smile and you greet them and you ask them what they're doing and they explain that they're a dream weaver that they seek this land for different materials they turn these materials into threads and they imbue those threads with the power of dreams and they do so by mixing up a small potion from some water from the magical lake and sprinkling some of that water onto the threads they're weaving and that water absorbs into the threads fixing in place specific dreams and the different combinations of materials shape the different dreams that are created and they create these dream catchers which contain the dream and then if you're in the proximity of one as you drift asleep your brain passes through certain brainwave patterns and the dreaming brainwave patterns synchronize with the vibrations of the dreams contained within the dream catcher and you begin to dream a representation of that dream which is caught within the dream catcher the dream which has been woven specifically and with care and you ask how close you need to be they explain you need to be in reach of the dream catcher and so it's best to hang it above your bed above your bed and this dream weaver tells you that they'll demonstrate how to weave dreams and they stand up from the chair they ask you to follow them and they begin to guide you into the forest and they're carrying a basket and as they walk in a very meditative and meaningful way they seem to be gazing around as if looking for something and as they gaze around looking you notice a glint in their eye as they spy something they head over to an ashen white tree and they peel off a strip of bark just the very surface layer leaving a protective layer beneath it they explain that that'll grow back and harden again in just a few days they place that into their basket continue exploring they seem to be heading towards a shard of light they can notice streaming down through the canopy overhead and where that shard of light meets the ground there's a tuft of tall grasses growing up they pick some of those tall grasses place it in their basket continue exploring and as they continue exploring so they pick some petals of some plants they pick some berries from a bush they pick a few different strips of fine bark from trees they pick some fruits and dig down into the soil and pick some roots from some plants until eventually after a couple of hours of searching their basket is almost full they say come on as they gesture for you to follow them they head off in a different direction and as you walk slowly methodically gently you begin to softly hear a distant sound of lapping water and you come to a small lake they explain that the water in this lake has magical properties they gather up some of that water and they then begin the journey back to the chair that they were sat on and back at that chair they sit back down and they begin to take the different barks and peel it back and strip it down into individual fibers they do the same with the grasses they do the same with some of the petals and some of the stalks of plants and they place various other items from the basket into a pot they begin to heat that pot adding some of that water to the pot and as that begins to heat they continue to weave the threads into a single thread before then starting the process of weaving together a dream catcher occasionally reaching over and stirring the pot as it begins to heat and bubble and the liquid changes color begins to sparkle and then once they feel that the liquid has reached the correct consistency and seems to be full of tiny dots of sparkling light almost like thousands of diamonds dotted throughout that liquid they remove it from the heat and leave it to begin to cool down as they carry on weaving and they weave the thread into the most beautiful and intricate dream catcher sometimes weaving from one point to another almost like creating a spider's web starting in the middle creating strands that this dream catcher will stretch between and then weaving between those strands creating intricate patterns and shapes making the most beautiful looking dream catcher and then taking that liquid applying that liquid to the dream catcher and you watch as the thread darkens and changes color as it absorbs the moisture and how the sparkling seems to absorb into it giving the dream catcher its gentle sparkle almost like the dream catcher has life and they tell you the mix used and the shapes created woven into the dream catcher is a unique experience designed just for you and they say that you can test it out now and so you agree to do this and the day is moving forward it's approaching the evening and so you say that you'll have something to eat you'll set up your camp and you'll do so just off of the main path here and you'll hang that that dream catcher in place above your head in your tent and you'll see where it takes you overnight and the dream weaver says that they'll pack up they'll head back to their home and they'll come back in the morning to see how you got on and so they head off and you go and set up your camp you have something to eat you hang up that dream catcher before settling down to drift peacefully asleep and you close your eyes and help guide yourself to sleep you focus on top of your head you notice what it feels like for your head to be resting there just like that you allow a sense of peace and relaxation to move down from the top of your head around your forehead softening and relaxing those muscles and allowing the relaxation to move around to your ears and the back of your head softening and relaxing drifting deeper and deeper deeper so easily and effortlessly as the relaxation gently moves down around your eyes softening those muscles around the eyes helping those eyes shut comfortably as the relaxation moves to your cheeks relaxing those cheeks and the muscles around the side of your face your jaw relaxing your lips allowing your head to be so fully and comfortably so deeply relaxed and almost like the breathing is softening and relaxing and slowing so gently with each out-breath that relaxation moves down through your body as if breathing out any residual tension or stresses or worries from the day deepening relaxing more fully with each breath more fully with each breath so easily so effortlessly without giving any thought at all as the relaxation moves down the back of the neck and side of the neck and down the throat softening and relaxing those muscles in the neck so deeply and comfortably and then moving that relaxation easily and effortlessly out to the shoulders around the upper back like the most comfortable massage massage calming those muscles relaxing them helping to reduce any tension and while continuing to focus on the experience of helping yourself to drift comfortably and deeply asleep you don't yet know whether the relaxation will happen faster in the left arm or the right arm and you can discover that whether the relaxation passes faster down the left arm or the right arm all the way down to the fingertips and as that relaxation moves down those arms the triceps the biceps the forearms can all relax as can the hands the fingertips and you can discover whether it feels like the arms are getting heavier and heavier due to the relaxation or perhaps having an airy lightness to them or maybe even a numbness that kind of unawareness of those arms as they become so deeply relaxed so still that you almost become unaware of them in the most pleasant calming of ways as the relaxation then begins to move from the shoulders and the upper back around to the chest and the sides under your armpits and beginning to work its way down your back calming every muscle with every breath in the most pleasant way as the relaxation moves deep within you not just around the surface and moves down to the lower back calming and softening those muscles in your own unique way and your sides and your abdomen then moving down to your legs relaxing your buttocks your thighs relaxing all the way down to the tips of your toes and you know that this full body relaxation which is setting in is the first stage of drifting into the most pleasant night's sleep as your mind begins to become still still and begins to start to drift into a dream and in your mind's eye as you drift into a dream you begin to have a sense of that dream catcher as if it's hovering in front of you visible before you and then that dream catcher visible before you begins to change the threads begin to vibrate as you view it in your mind's eye colors begin to emanate emanate from different elements of the threads movement begins to happen within the patterns weaved into that dream catcher and as you continue watching and that movement continues to become fuller and fuller so it's almost like there's a certain depth occurring from that dream catcher out behind it almost like forming a tunnel of movement and fascination which then extends towards you as the threads disappear disappear leaving behind just this dream tunnel as you feel yourself progressing forward into the tunnel progressing forward into a dream and as you feel yourself progressing forward into that dream so that that becomes your reality you find once you fully passed into this tunnel the tunnel seems to almost fold back on itself around you as if you've just passed through the turning over of the pages of a book like the turning over of the pages of a pop-up book where you find yourself surrounded by this new pop-up world and you find yourself here in this world curious what this dream is where this dream is and as things become clearer to you in your mind you notice that you're walking softly through the most beautiful meadow the most incredible flowers the most wonderful scents colorful birds flying in the sky bees and butterflies flitting from plant to plant and you walk hearing the gentle rustling as each footstep moves the grasses around your feet followed by the very slight dull thud dull thud of your feet landing on the soil beneath the grasses and you see in this vast beautiful meadow just a single grand looking tree and you head to that grand tree you see the way that there's a ring around the base of the tree of just soil where the grasses and plants don't really grow because it's too shaded right in against the trunk of this tree you softly run your fingers around the bark of the tree feeling the sensation of that bark beneath your fingertips before noticing a piece of bark that seems slightly loose your fingers catch ever so slightly on that bit of bark and move it as they do so a door pops open into this tree and with curiosity you begin to walk into that tree finding a spiral staircase you start to descend that staircase from 20,

1 and as you reach the bottom of the staircase so you find a wooden door you open that door and step into a room and see the most comfortable looking chair you walk over to the chair relax back in the chair realizing that the meadow and the tree were like a holding space between wakefulness and the realm of dreams relaxing in the chair you descend into a dream the most pleasant the most profound the most wonderful dream you've ever experienced and you enjoy experiencing that now for a while just drifting and dreaming so peacefully asleep seeing what you see hearing what you hear and feeling what you feel in this most pleasant of dreams that's it and then so gently beginning to drift from that dream gaining more awareness again of being in that chair and then finding your way from that chair back out of the tree with a deep sense of understanding from the dream a profound sense that the dream was meaningful in some way to helping you that the meaning of the dream seems just tantalizingly slightly out of reach and you ascend back to the meadow feeling a sense that it's approaching time to awaken as you find your way back through the meadow and start to notice that the morning sounds are forming around you you as you begin to awaken in your camp awakening in that tent to the morning sounds of this forest you have something to eat in the morning packing your gear away and you head back to that path and after just a short while's wait the dream weaver returns they set up where they were sat the day before they ask you about your dream how you found your dreams with that dream catcher that's designed to bring such pleasant dreams every single night having the ability to keep away negativity filtering the kind of dreams that you're aware of and so you spend a bit of time discussing the dream you had with the dream weaver and the dream weaver listens so intently with such focus and curiosity and after a while of listening and having a conversation about those dreams and about the future of your dreams where the dream weaver says you can keep that dream catcher and use it every night to shape your dreams into something positive and therapeutic for you you say goodbye and continue on your journey deciding after a little while of walking that you're going to once again turn off the path and head deeper into this forest curious what you'll discover next as the day continues on tonight and as night falls so you once again stop you set up your camp you settle down again in your tent setting up the dream catcher above your bed and you go through the process of drifting and floating peacefully relaxed asleep into slumberland sleeping so peacefully and soundly through the night knowing you'll awaken feeling so refreshed revitalized and full of energy and that your dreams will be healing as you fall asleep into slumberland now
