You Welcome to this sacred ritual of breast massage.

This nourishing practice will translate self-love,

Self-compassion and kindness into an embodied experience and heighten your sensation.

As the first of this three-part series it is foundational to connect to and move into your body with your breath.

Arriving into this moment into your body leaning into a comfortable pose.

Noticing the quality of your breath.

Connecting with the sensation of breathing in and breathing out.

Witnessing the expansion and listening to the release of your breath.

You might like to sigh all the way out.

Continuing with a few cycles moving in and out.

Opening up the sides of your chest,

Ribs and filling your breath deep into your heart.

Continue exploring the rhythm of your breath and the sound of your sigh.

This simple introduction is a beautiful opportunity to feel the intimacy with yourself.

To bring presence and devotion to the sacredness of yourself.

With this next breath releasing any expectations past judgments that you may have felt toward your body or your breasts.

As you breathe in feel yourself full and pause.

Releasing the entire breath and letting go.

Becoming totally connected just to this moment.

Opening yourself to what's possible.

Beginning to land into your precious body perhaps now noticing how it's feeling.

Speaking to you in this moment.

What's moving inside of you?

Where is it contracted?

Where is it soft?

Being open to understanding and listening just as it is.

Offering the softness of your breath to journey inside of you where it might feel tender.

Allowing your breath to sigh and release all the way out of the body.

Guiding your hands together rub them forwards and backwards creating hate and energy and guide both hands to your breasts either side of your sacred heart.

Gently cupping,

Squeezing or rubbing your breasts.

Create them with a soft smile.

Feeling the warmth of your hands breathe all the way into your breasts.

Dropping your awareness deeper into your heart space.

Allowing your attention to connect to your hands and tuning into what they feel like from inside.
