Hello,

This is Danette and this is self-love as permission.

You have permission to listen to this however you'd like.

You don't have to sit with your spine tall unless that pleases you.

You don't have to lay down.

You don't have to change your breathing.

You don't even have to focus.

In fact,

You could just fall right asleep.

Trust that the permissions that you most need to hear will make their way into your subconscious mind.

And know that these permissions are a way of loving who you are,

Allowing more of who you are,

Accepting you exactly as you are.

You have permission to take time,

Take a moment,

Take all the time you need.

You have permission to put yourself first,

Respect your own needs,

Start there.

You have permission to give your body time to recharge,

Lay down,

Nap,

Rest.

You have permission to be in between.

It's okay to not know the answers.

You have permission to lower the bar.

I mean,

All the way down,

Bury it if you have to.

You have permission to admit your mistakes,

To learn from wrong turns,

To forgive yourself.

You have permission to begin again with what you know now you are not behind.

You have permission to break the rules,

Disrupt your patterns,
