Cynthia Wakeford (she/her) has been meditating for over 14 years and is a graduate of the Mindful Meditation Teaching Certification Program by Sounds True, led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. She's a lifelong student of Vipassana and Theravada traditions and an independent scholar of Buddhist Studies. She is the founder of Daily Sangha, a digital space dedicated to meditation and Buddhist learnings that includes on-demand and live classes and retreat opportunities. Cynthia lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two stepdaughters.
