My name is Crystalline Aurelia Rose and I will be your guide today for this meditation.
I highly recommend that you listen to these meditations when you are alone,
When you will have no distractions for as long as the meditation will be.
Be in a quiet,
Safe place where you can relax and close your eyes and connect with your higher self and your inner spirit.
This program is intended for individuals like you to find your own truths and your own purpose in life.

I am here to help you find your own answers to finding your own inner power and guide you and provide insight on your journey of self-empowerment and self-discovery.

You have so much potential within you for growth,

Fulfillment,

You can choose to sit,
Lie down,
Or sit on the floor cross-legged.
Whatever place that you find that is most relaxing and comfortable for you.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold it for five seconds.
We'll do this again three more times at your own pace or you can follow my voice.
Close your eyes.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Inhale.
Through your nose.
Let out all that is stuck within you,
Any judgments,
Any negativity,
Anything that might be blocking your path on this journey to enlightenment,
To peace,
To healing.
And breathe in one more time what you want to bring into your life.
Hold it for five seconds.
Anxieties,
Worry,
Anxiety,
Blockages,
Any anger,
Fear,
Judgments of yourself.
You can do this whenever you feel any of those lower vibrating emotions.
Take time to focus on your breath,
A breath that brings you life,
It brings you peace,
It brings you energy,
It brings you joy.
Taking time into your day to focus on this vital part of life that so much of us take for granted just to breathe will be the first step on your healing journey.
You want to focus now on your core,
Wherever you might feel that.
In Chinese culture,
They call it the Dantian.
In the Indian culture,
They call it your root chakra.
You can refer it to as it's the part of your body that your pelvic region,
The base of your spine.
In Tai Chi and Qigong,
It's your core,
Yoga,
Where the life force,
The vital energy is stored and it resonates there.
We want to focus on that area right now.
Imagine whatever comes up,
If it's red energy,
It's your root energy that gives you life,
That's where life begins.
When we're creating a baby,
It forms there in your core.
If you're a woman and men,
You have that beautiful energy that grounds you and makes you strong and empowered.
Let's focus on that energy now and see for you where we begin in this journey.
Is it strong?
Can you feel that vital force,
That vital life energy circulating and nourishing you,
Giving you life and excitement?
Or is it weak?
Do you feel unfulfilled?
Are you feeling depleted?
Are you feeling like you're losing hope?
Do you feel that you are needing help?
You've come to the right place,
My friend.
Keep closing your eyes.
Keep breathing in and out.
Try to clear your mind.
If you have any worries at this moment,
This is a safe place within you,
Within your core,
Your inner self.
Do not be afraid of that.
You can trust yourself again.
You can feel empowered.
What are you seeking?
Look within and listen.
I'll give you a few minutes,
A few moments to just listen to yourself.
As we'll focus our attention on your core,
We will then connect to your heart and see what your heart wants to tell you.
Breathe out death.
Breathe in hope.
Any anxiety or fear.
Whatever comes out of you right now,
Keep note of it.
Maybe after the meditation,
You can journal in a notebook of whatever you're feeling.
But for right now,
Just be.
Just be with yourself.
What do you look like?
What images are coming in your mind right now?
Is it images of your inner child?
Is that inner child happy?
Sad?
Lonely?
Maybe you can imagine you that you are right now.
As an adult,
You're able to give that inner child a hug.
And give it the love that it needs.
It has always been seeking.
As we focus now on our heart center.
Your heart chakra.
The core of your soul resides in your heart.
Your heart space.
Take all the time you need to give love to that inner child.
As they have always been there with you.
Waiting for you to give them the love that they seek.
No one else can give that love to that inner child.
Only you.
Tell that inner child everything is going to be okay.
And you are always there with them.
And you don't have to look far.
For your embrace.
For your love.
For your advice.
For your nurturing.
Tell that inner child everything is going to be okay once again.
And quiet their tears.
Quiet their tantrums.
Eliminate their fears.
Reassure them that you both will be just fine.
Now you can let go of that inner child.
As they now feel secure.
They feel strong.
They feel hope.
They feel enlightened.
Most importantly they feel loved.
You can tell that inner child any parting words you have for them before you leave for now.
Encouraging words you can tell them.
Lessons you have learned along the way of when you were growing up That you wish you could tell yourself if you had the chance or go back in time and wish that you knew.
And now your inner child feels safe.
They can hold up their head up high knowing what the future holds.
What the future looks like.
And they have something to look forward to.
As you get up from whatever place you are in where you met your inner child you can look around and the place seems lighter,
Happier,
Brighter.
Safe and secure.
You can say bye now to your inner child as they smile at you and wave and are excited to speak with you again whenever you come to this place to visit them and tell them stories of what they will be accomplishing in the future.
What they will be experiencing.
What life has to offer.
Whenever you're ready to come back now to the present time.
You can move your hands and your feet.
Be conscious again of being in your body.
Now you look forward to the future.
You're in a new time.
You're in a stronger place.
Now you have your inner child supporting you.
You're ready to face the day again.
When you're ready you can open your eyes.
