Today we're going to do a simple box breath to create ease in the body.
A box breath just has an inhale that is equal to the hold which is equal to the exhale and then equal to a hold with the breath out and you just follow in that four points of the breath like a box.
So today we'll do just one minute on the clock to see how that feels in the body,
How one minute can change the trajectory of the day or how you're feeling and we'll keep it simple with just a count of four.
So we'll put one minute here and then we're going to inhale for four,
Hold for four,
Exhale for four,
Hold the breath out for four and we start again inhale,
Hold,
Exhale,
Hold,
Inhale,
Hold,
Exhale,
Hold,
Inhale,
Hold,
Exhale,
Hold the breath out and then breathe in through both nostrils,
Exhale,
Feel your shoulders relax down the back body,
Take a moment to scan the body from head to toe.
Just notice how one simple minute can create such a profound effect.
