Courtney Sunday is a mother, wife to an amazing man making his way through cancer, health coach, meditation teacher and writer. She wrote the books, "Mindfulness for PMS, Hangovers and Other Real World Situations" and "Mindfulness For Surviving Life's Challenges." She believes that mindfulness can be really hard, no matter how much you practice, especially in the valleys of life. Her goal is to find a place that recognizes that sometimes being mindful can be as simple as being kind to yourself in the hard moments.
