Slowly begin to settle into this moment,
Allowing yourself to be fully present,
Bringing awareness to your breath,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the nose.
That feels aligned for you,
Sitting up tall and straight so your spine is aligned,
Dropping your shoulders back,
Removing the tongue from the roof of your mouth so you can fully set yourself up in a space of relaxation.
Staying with the breath,
Inhaling through the nose and exhaling,
Allowing yourself to find your natural rhythm of breath.
Slowly start to scan your body,
Starting from the top of your head,
Moving down the length of your spine,
And just bring awareness to what is showing up for you.
If you have a lot of energy in one part of your body,
Feel free to take a big inhale and exhale that energy out.
If you're noticing that there are some parts of you that are wanting a little extra tender love and attention,
Breathe into them,
Send them that love and attention that they're desiring.
Begin to bring your attention to the lower half of your body.
You can bring a hand to your stomach if that feels natural for you.
Begin to notice the sensations you're feeling as your attention is focused on your lower abdomen.
As you stay here and you stay connected to these sensations that you are feeling,
Seeing,
And hearing,
What are you feeling called to create?
Start to tune into your center of creation.
What do you see?
What sounds do you hear?
What emotions are you feeling?
Allow these feelings to be your guide.
Allow all of these sensations and imageries to be the guide to your next creation.
Stay with calling.
Stay with all of these cues that are guiding you to your next creation.
Imagine what it's going to be like once this creation is in your reality.
Connecting to that feeling of gratitude,
Joy,
And fulfillment,
And pleasure as this creation of yours is in your reality.
As you slowly begin to return,
Focus your energy on breathing from the top of your head to the bottom of your spine.
Taking an inhale from the top of your head and channeling that energy down.
Inhale from the top of your head,
Directing that energy down.
And when you feel you have fully connected to the sensation of your creation being in your reality,
Slowly begin to wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Open your eyes.
