Hello beautiful beings.
Thank you for joining me for this.
Focused.
Self-inquiry.
Exploration.
As we continue to uncover and know.
What we are.
Allowing the body to find a restful place.
Lying down or sitting up.
And allowing for those tiny.
.
.
Micro movements.
As the body finds its place.
Rest and neutrality.
Notice the breaths roar.
The breath is a pathway.
At the nervous system.
Glides down into the body.
In the same way that sand moves through water.
Effortless,
Relaxing.
Softening.
Allowing the attention to ripple.
Through the whole body.
As if a light is being turned on inside.
And that light just shines through every cell from the inside out.
The free organ.
Muscle.
Tendon.
And everything it touches.
Is felt.
And held.
Held in you.
Awareness.
Just breathing.
Feeling.
And being.
Let's take a deeper,
Longer inhale.
So begin exhaling through the nose.
Watching the body expand.
Pause at the top of the breath and feel the whole body.
Long exhale.
And the second one.
Long inhale.
Coming to the top of the breath,
Now expand into the whole space.
Feel the whole space.
Notice there's no separation.
Long exhale.
And returning to a natural,
Elongated state.
Breath.
And if thoughts arise.
The attention effortlessly comes back to this sensation.
Of the body,
Of having a body.
It's alive.
Grounded in the present moment,
The only moment.
Which allows the mind to rest on something that's benign and constant.
Noticing that no thought can arise when your attention stays.
And the sensation of the hands,
The feet.
The leg.
Torso.
The face.
And as you feel the sensation of the whole body Observe the alertness.
That you are completely here.
And then if we drift into thinking.
We can allow the thinking just to float away.
Without engaging with it.
Remaining with us,
Grounded,
Peaceful.
The place that we call our body.
Now on top of the sensation of the body,
Let's layer on the awareness of the breath.
So now we have the sensation of the whole body and the breath.
Now let's layer on the sounds.
The sense of the room.
My voice.
Perhaps from outside.
On top of the sensation of the whole body.
The awareness of the breath.
And the sounds floating through,
Appearing and disappearing.
Now let's layer on.
The space of the room,
The awareness of the space.
So we have the body Vibration.
Sensating.
Breath.
Effortless.
We have the sounds.
Disappearing and disappearing.
And the space.
Notice that these apparently separate aspects the body.
The breath.
The sounds.
The space.
Notice that they are all arising simultaneously.
In your experience.
In your awareness.
For this reason we often refer to awareness as a unified field.
You are a unified field.
In that field without effort.
Allows everything.
To appear.
And disappear.
While the field always remains.
And as you relax,
Feeling in the body.
Breathing.
Noticing the sounds and the space.
Observe the awareness that you are.
It's peaceful.
We might even say.
.
.
Loving.
Because it's unifying.
And it's unaffected.
By that which appears.
Within it.
And this is why.
The awareness or presence that we are.
That we could say is being aware of our experience.
Is often referred to as the deep.
That's often described as sitting behind the foreground of our experience which includes the body,
The mind,
The emotions.
The breath.
The sounds,
The space.
But it only appears deep.
From the perspective of the mind.
From awareness' perspective.
Your perspective.
This is just what you are.
Pure Knowing.
Pure awareness.
Pure Love.
And so in this regard.
.
.
Unmoving.
Awareness or deep.
It's always here.
Regardless of what's happening in the foreground.
Invites healing.
Through seeing and feeling.
Anything that might appear in the foreground.
That wants to come home.
Any contraction.
Any frustration.
It's all part of that which comes and goes.
That which is aware.
Or unified.
Never comes and goes.
You are eternal.
The deep remains unmoved.
While the seas may toss us around.
The deep remains unmoved.
While it storms.
Rage through.
The deep remains true.
And if the compass is lost.
For a time.
We forgive.
And we wait for it to be found.
Within us.
Where it always was.
Safe and sound.
Where the deep remains.
Unmove.
You
