The intention for this guided meditation today is to bring your awareness back to your soul,
Your spirit,
Your being and to heal.
Gently settle into a comfortable position and place your hands on your lap.
As you softly close your eyes,
Start to slow down your breathing.
Bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel the cool sensation as you inhale.
Feel the warmth as you exhale.
Feel this breath as it fills your lungs with oxygen and flows through your body,
Bringing relaxation with every deep inhalation.
Breathe deep into your diaphragm,
Inhaling life-giving energy and with your exhale,
Breathe out all the tension in your body.
Let it go.
Surrender your worries and the busyness of your mind and any expectations you may have of yourself.
Simply be present here with me in this moment as you feel your body starting to soften.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Your soul has guided you here today to this place to reconnect,
To reconnect to your centre,
Your spirit,
Your purpose and to find peace in the stillness and healing in this space,
This beautiful place of abundance.
Ask your mind for permission to simply be in this moment,
To let go just for a little while so that you might immerse yourself in this place,
To reconnect with your mind,
Your body and your spirit.
Breathe in and exhale.
As we move through our day,
We can sometimes become frustrated,
Angry,
Overwhelmed.
We long for a place of solace,
A place of silence and stillness to just be.
You are here.
This is your healing place,
Your place to let go.
Feel your body becoming heavier as you relax deeper into this moment.
Feel yourself being supported as you are grounded towards the earth and for this moment,
Time is standing still.
Inhale and exhale.
You,
Precious one,
Deserve this gift,
This moment for all that you desire is here within you right now.
You are a unique and glorious being of infinite worth and potential.
You are blessed and loved beyond your comprehension.
You are grounded and guided,
Filled with the innate wisdom,
The wisdom that brought you here to this space to connect in the stillness,
The peace and in love.
Breathe it in and let it go.
Sometimes,
When we lose connection with ourselves,
Our heart longs for something that seems so far out of our reach,
A longing,
An emptiness,
A void.
This is your spirit calling you home,
Calling you back to yourself.
In this moment of peacefulness,
Allow yourself to surrender and go deeper.
Feel yourself connecting with your soul,
Your spirit and feel it guiding you.
Hear the words of love and gratitude for all that you are,
All that you are becoming and all you are yet to be.
Breathe in and breathe out.
When the world feels overwhelming and you feel yourself trying to make sense of all that's within you,
Remember to take time to reconnect back to your spirit in this way,
In nature and in rituals of self-love.
Only you can give yourself this limitless love,
This gift of reconnection and a place to be and heal.
If you sit and listen to your soul,
You have the wisdom to guide you,
To fulfill you,
Replenish you.
You are exactly where you need to be.
