Meditation Timer OnlineClara Roberts-Oss E-RYT 500 has been a student of yoga since 1998 and a yoga instructor since 2003. She is an E-RYT 500 and opened her yoga school, Lila School of Vinyasa Yoga in 2013. She has studied vinyasa, Iyengar, kundalini, restorative and yin. Her main teachers are Shiva Rea, Lauren Hanna, Ana Forrest, Louis Etting and Rod Styrker. Clara came to meditation in her mid twenties when she was (finally) able to be still. Clara has studied Insight meditation, been initiated into Neelakantha with Paul Mueller-Ortega and studied more active mediation practices with Lorin Roche and Daniel Odier. Both on the meditation cushion and yoga mat, Clara believes that the gateway to remembering our own divinity - connecting to our wholeness, is through our bodies and breath. Her guided meditations, yoga nidra and yoga practices are anchored in this theme - Create space in your body and mind and you will remember what you are already whole and therefore holy.
