Welcome.
I'm so excited to be able to take you to meet your Archangel today.
Let's start out by finding a safe space,
A quiet space,
Where you can either sit down or lie down.
Once you're comfortable,
We'll begin.
We're going to start by grounding you to the earth.
I want you to visualize in your mind's eye a large silver cord coming from the heavens going down through the top of your head,
Down through your body.
When it gets to your legs,
It'll split off into each leg and go down to your feet.
Once it gets to your feet,
It's going to go down into the earth and just picture it plummeting further and further into the earth where you find a tree root where it wraps itself around,
Grounding you firmly.
We're also now going to protect you so that no harm will come to you on our journey.
You're going to visualize a big bubble that surrounds you,
Goes all the way down your body,
Engulfing you completely.
Now you can push this bubble out as far as you want it to go and as thick as you want it to be.
You're safe and you're protected in our bubble.
Now I want you to start to breathe through your nose and out through your mouth and just relax.
Just relax breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Continue to breathe like this.
Put your hands on your lap with your palms facing up.
I want you to visualize that in front of you is a set of stairs that you can see goes up.
In your mind's eye,
You see yourself stand up from your chair and walk toward these stairs.
There's seven stairs leading up to the top and you can see that there's a door all the way up there.
On each step,
We're going to breathe in through our nose and out through our mouth.
We're going to begin by taking that first step.
Take your step up to the first one,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
You'll take the second step up,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
You take the third step up,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
You feel in your energy rise as you take to the fourth Fifth step breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Another step up to the fifth step and you feel the energy get higher breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
The sixth step breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
The final step you take,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,
You've reached the top.
You're standing in front of a large,
Large door.
You take your hand and you put it on the handle and you slowly turn it and open up the door.
As the door opens,
You see a beautiful field of flowers and grass before you.
In the distance,
You can see mountains and peaks of white snow.
Closer as you look,
You see some patch of trees opposite a little brook.
Over by those patch of trees,
You spot a small fawn who is sitting there looking at you,
Wondering who you are.
As you walk to this brook,
You sit down slowly.
Your hands in the water,
You notice some fish swimming around.
You think to yourself,
I would love to meet my archangel.
You slowly put your head up and in the distance,
You see this white light,
Very bright.
It starts coming towards you and as it's coming towards you,
It's getting bigger and bigger.
It's still kind of far away and you can't see what it is,
But as you watch,
You have no fear.
You feel calm,
Knowing that you are safe.
This is a safe place for you.
This light comes closer and as it comes closer,
You're starting to notice the form of a person.
You realize that this is your archangel coming to meet you and as this form gets closer and closer,
You're able to make out the face.
Your breath going in and out as you breathe in and out.
You are calm and you see the smile on this face and you know that you are at peace and you are protected in this space.
As you continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth,
The archangel whispers their name to you.
This name is very familiar.
You feel like you've known this person all your life and you have.
This archangel has been with you and guiding you and protecting you.
As you're breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth,
You continue to listen to the conversation of what your archangel is telling you.
Continue to breathe in and out as you listen intently.
Now that you're breathing in and out,
It's time to get up and go back to where we were.
This is just a small glimpse and a small meeting.
There'll be other meetings for you with more conversations with your archangel.
You thank your archangel for their time and they nod,
Turn around and start to walk away.
You watch as their form becomes a bright light and slowly moves,
Slowly moves farther and farther away and the light gets smaller and smaller.
You turn around and head to the door.
Once again,
You're feeling safe and protected.
As you get to the door,
You slowly turn and look over your folder to see the space that you have just been,
The fields and the flowers and the mountains in the distance and you smile because you have just met your archangel.
As you go through the door,
You gently close it.
You are now standing at the top of the stairs and you look down.
You have seven steps that you will descend.
Once again,
With each breath you take,
You're going to be descending to another step.
You breathe in through your nose,
Out through your mouth and we begin to go down.
You're taking your first step,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
We take the second step down,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
We take the third step down,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
You start to feel the vibration change as you go down to the fourth step,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
With the fifth step,
You're breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Once again,
You're feeling that the energy is going lighter and lighter.
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
With the sixth step,
Once again,
You're breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.
With the seventh and last step,
You are now on the bottom where you had begun.
You take another cleansing breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
As you see yourself walking back over to your chair and you sit comfortably in your seat.
You take a deep cleansing breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Breathing easy,
Breathing comfortably.
Knowing that you have taken an incredible journey,
You now start to feel that your feet are moving a little bit.
You start to move your hands off your lap and realize that you are in your space.
When you're ready,
You will open your eyes very slowly.
Take your time and you need to get your body moving and waking up and being self-aware of your surroundings.
Take another deep breath and out through your mouth and you can open your eyes.
When you're ready,
You can stand up and go get a drink of water that will also help you ground to the earth again.
Knowing that you are up in the clouds meeting your archangel.
Be easy with yourself for a little bit.
Some people are very energetic,
Other people are very emotional.
It's very personal.
Whichever way it happens,
Realize that it's a natural course for your body after meeting an angelic being.
