Namaste my friend,
Welcome to this gratitude affirmation meditation.
Please make yourself as comfortable as possible.
Make sure you're warm enough,
That you're supported and that you're in a safe place where you won't be disturbed.
If you feel comfortable to do so gently close your eyes or allow your eyes to lower so you can draw inwards and allow these affirmations to wash over you.
Bring your focus to your breath,
Noticing the natural rhythm of your inhale and your exhale.
Don't try to change your breath in any way,
Just allow your focus to rest on it.
Now listen to my voice and let these words flow over you,
Around you and let them lift your thoughts to gratitude.
Understand that these words are true for you.
I am grateful for the blessings in my life and every day I have more to be grateful for.
I am grateful now and that keeps my door open for more blessings.
I welcome the many ways I can be blessed.
I bring a grateful spirit to every action I take,
And everything I do.
I fully accept the joy that wants to surface in my life and I accept it with gratitude.
I am so powerful I can achieve anything I set my heart to.
