Welcome to the meditation for when you forget your path.

This way you can return at any time you feel needed.

I am your guide,

Cease Rivera.

Welcome to this sacred space,

A moment to remember what was never truly lost.

Some days the path feels far away,

As if life has pulled you into noise,

Pain or confusion.

But the truth is the path has never left you.

It lives quietly within the breath.

Go ahead and take a slow inhale and a gentle exhale.

Let go of everything you think you should be.

Let go of the pressure to be perfect.

Just breathe.

Coming back to your presence.

When you forget the path,

It is not a failure.

It is an invitation,

An invitation to pause,

To feel,

To remember.

Breathe into your chest and sense your heart beating,

Steady,

Faithful,

Alive.

This is the compass of your soul.

It always knows the way back.

And whisper,

Even when I forget who I am,

My spirit remembers.

Let that truth echo within.

Allow yourself to soften into compassion.

Some days are heavy.

The mind resists,

The body aches,

The soul feels silent.

Allow yourself to feel it without shame,

Without judgment,

Without guilt.

And whisper,

May I be kind to myself in moments of forgetting.

May I rest in the arms of my own compassion.

Let forgiveness wash over you.

Now go ahead and bring your awareness to the space just beneath your ribs,

The solar center,

The inner sun.

Visualize a small flame softly there.

Even when forgotten,

It never goes out.

Breathe life into it.

With every inhale,

The flame grows brighter.

With every exhale,

It clears the fog of confusion.

Whisper,

My light was never gone.

It only waited for me to see it again.

Feel warmth return to your being.

Feel alignment return to your spirit.

Allow yourself to remember the path.

The path is not a straight line.

It curves,

It bends,

It pauses.

Each challenge is still part of your awakening.

Let your heart whisper,

I remember who I am.

I remember why I came.

I walk again with peace.
