Some people feel vivid sensations,
While others simply enjoy deep relaxation.
There is no right or wrong way for it to unfold.

Do not listen while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention.

You remain fully in control of your experience at all times and your body will naturally return to full waking awareness whenever you choose.

As the music gently rises behind us,
Allow it to hold you,
Like a soft blanket of sound.
There is nowhere you need to go,
Nothing you need to achieve.
Just allow yourself to arrive here.
Take a slow breath in and release it gently.
Let your body begin to soften.
Breathe in.
Bring your awareness to your breath,
Not changing it,
Just noticing it.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Now,
Gently bring your attention to your feet.
Notice any sensations there,
Warmth,
Coolness,
Softness,
And allow that same soft awareness to move slowly upward through your legs,
Your hips,
Your spine,
Your stomach rising and falling with each breath.
Now,
Bring awareness to your chest,
Your shoulders softening,
Your arms relaxing,
All the way down into your hands and fingertips.
Relax your throat,
Your jaw,
The tiny muscles around your eyes and the space between your eyebrows softening completely.
Now,
Begin to notice the entire surface of your body and imagine that the edges of your around you is gently dissolving,
Not disappearing,
Just softening.
Now bring your awareness to the space around your body.
The space above you,
Below you,
Beside you,
Behind you.
Now,
With every breath,
You begin to sense yourself not only as a body,
But as awareness,
A field of consciousness.
You are wrestling inside a vast field of awareness,
Timeless,
Limitless,
Quiet.
This field of consciousness is always here and now you are simply remembering it.
And as your awareness remains clear and present,
Your body is free to rest even more deeply now.
Almost as if the body is drifting towards sleep while your awareness remains gently awake.
Bring your attention to the center of your chest now,
Not the physical heart,
But the of your being.
And from this space,
A soft light begins to expand.
This light is not coming from you,
It is you.
With every breath,
It gently expands,
Filling your chest,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Your entire body.
And then it continues expanding beyond your body,
Outward,
10 feet,
20 feet,
30 feet,
Through the room,
Through the walls,
Through the sky.
There is no limit to your awareness.
You are now a radiant field of consciousness,
Borderless,
Infinite,
Free.
As your awareness deepens,
You may begin to notice subtle shifts in your energy.
Some people feel a gentle buzzing or waves of energy moving through the body.
Some feel light vibrations or a sensation of floating.
Others simply feel deep stillness.
All of these experiences are natural.
Your energy body is simply becoming more active now.
And the more you allow these sensations,
The more naturally your awareness begins to separate from the physical body.
Now,
Allow your awareness to gently shift.
Instead of looking from your body,
You may begin to sense yourself looking at your body.
Your body resting peacefully below,
Calm,
Still,
Breathing softly.
And here you are,
As awareness,
Soft,
Expanded,
Luminous.
You are not separate from the body,
But you are not confined by it either.
You are the observer,
The traveler,
The consciousness that moves freely.
Now,
Bring your attention to the space just above your body.
You may begin to notice that your awareness is larger than your body,
And a gentle lightness beginning to appear,
As if the body is becoming lighter than the space around it.
Some people notice a subtle rocking or a drifting sensation,
As if awareness is gently loosening from the body.
With the next breath,
Feel yourself becoming lighter.
And your body continues resting peacefully,
While your awareness becomes free to move,
As if gravity no longer holds you in the same way.
And your physical body continues resting peacefully,
While your awareness becomes free to move.
And very gently you begin to rise.
With the next breath,
Feel yourself becoming lighter.
Just an inch floating softly above the body,
Effortless,
Weightless,
Calm.
Your body remains soft and relaxed below.
And you are simply awareness,
Floating gently above it.
The calmer you remain,
The clearer and more stable this experience becomes.
The more relaxed your awareness is,
The more stable this space feels.
There is no need to rush.
Just allow yourself to become comfortable here.
Always connected,
Always safe.
You may notice that movement here happens simply by intention.
You may allow yourself to explore gently from this expanded space.
You may allow awareness to drift towards something meaningful,
A place,
An energy,
Or a presence that feels peaceful and familiar.
There is no right way.
Trust whatever unfolds.
And everything you experience here today settles gently into your memory,
Becoming clear and easy to recall later.
Your mind remembers what is useful and integrates it naturally.
And now gently begin returning.
Allow your awareness to drift back towards your physical body.
Floating softly,
Descending slowly,
Like a feather settling back to the Earth.
And when you are ready,
Allow your awareness to gently re-enter the body.
Feel your breath again,
Your chest rising and falling,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Your fingers,
Your toes.
Notice the surface beneath you,
Supporting you fully.
Your energy returns completely to your body now.
Fully grounded,
Fully present,
Calm,
Balanced,
And clear.
Take a deeper breath in.
Slowly release it.
Begin to bring gentle movement back into your body now,
Wiggling your fingers and toes.
Perhaps rolling your shoulders slightly or stretching if that feels good.
Your awareness is now fully back into your body,
Clear,
Present,
Refreshed.
When you feel ready,
You may gently open your eyes.
Take a moment to notice how you feel.
Calm,
Centered,
Fully here.
