This meditation is a heart opener and I'm going to send you some healing during the meditation.
Keep on breathing in and out and listen to your heartbeat.
Visualize light in your heart.
It can be a white light or yellow,
Pink or a green light.
See a power of light warming up your heart and see that light inside your heart growing.
You feel its warmth and you know this is a time for your heart to speak to you.
Your heart will speak of grace and peace,
Love and light.
Try to feel everything that your heart is willing to say to you.
Maybe its emotions from a long time ago,
Feelings or maybe its feelings from right now.
Maybe you can sense some memories coming up.
Just let them come and let them go.
I'm now going to send some healing to you so you can just sit and be still and breathe.
Let the healing energy take place and fill your entire body with white light.
Just release everything in this moment.
Then you can take a deep breath in.
And you can slowly come back to here and now.
Just let your body come back.
And then you can slowly open your eyes.
