Discover Breathing offers a meditative journey through relaxation and breathing that was developed and tested through years of teaching voice and breathing techniques. Guided exercises offer a re-set tool to re-connect to relaxed (diaphragm) breathing that we all apply when relaxed and/or asleep but sometimes lose when under stress. The exercises are easy and can be practiced anywhere (home, office, etc). music from Arctic Aquarelles by Christel Veraart

After recently having pneumonia for a few months it was as if I forgot how to breathe and I find myself waiting after the exhalation to draw another breath. This meditation has been helpful in reminding me how to properly breathe. Thank you.
