Welcome to this Circle of Woman meditation where you will meet the different feminine archetypes and we can know how these archetypes play out within our lives and when we can listen to the messages that they have for us.

We can choose in every moment which energies to draw on and how to show up in our lives.

Find your way into a comfortable seated position sitting with the spine lengthened up and perhaps you feel like giving your shoulders a little bit of a roll up and back as you open across your heart.

If you feel comfortable doing so you can close your eyes or just having a soft gaze down towards the ground and bide a long deep inhale breath.

Feel the fullness and richness of that breath and then sigh the breath out as you let go.

Inviting another full deep breath in drawing your breath up from your belly to the tops of your lungs and then as you exhale releasing any concerns,

Worries.

Inviting one more full deep inhale and perhaps this time shrugging your shoulders up to your ears as you pause for a moment in the fullness of that breath and then on the exhalation sighing it out,

Releasing and letting go.

Feel yourself sinking into your body.

Feeling the sitting bones and the weightedness of your legs.

Consciously relaxing into any held spaces of tension in your body.

Invite your mind to relax and to soften.

Thoughts will come and go and that's perfectly okay.

Back to my voice.

Whichever way it makes sense to you,

See,

Sense or imagine now that you're walking down a path way.

Look down at your feet and see the path.

Trust that your feet now are the way.

You start walking and you notice a gentle caress of the wind on your skin.

Sun shines down on you and you feel at ease.

It is as if you know this pathway.

All around you are flowers in bloom,

Wild grass grows.

You can hear the sounds of nature and after walking for a while you find yourself in a meadow and you see in the distance a circle of women.

You walk towards them and again there's this feeling of familiarity and as you walk closer you see that in the center of the circle a fire burns.

There is one seat open in the circle and so you sit down.

You are welcomed into the circle and you are invited into the circle of belonging.

The circle of women.

As you look around at the faces they seem familiar.

The first one to introduce herself introduces herself as the maiden.

I am the energy of youth that lives within you.

The part of you that is playful and joyful.

The part of you that walks bravely into life and that is not afraid to show the world who you are.

Do you remember me?

She asks.

This energy has a message for you.

You listen.

What does she have to share?

What wisdom?

What story?

What new adventure or invitation?

Maiden smiles at you and she makes her way back to her seat.

The next of the women comes to sit with you.

Hold to the energy of the mother.

As you look into her eyes you see kindness,

Patience and a soft nurturing energy.

This is the part of you that can offer yourself support,

Understanding.

This is the part of you that can hold the pain,

The disappointment,

Whatever is feeling heavy in your heart.

She invites you to hold that part of yourself with the same energy of patience,

Patience and nurturing.

She invites you to love,

Comfort and care for yourself.

She asks you to contemplate what cycle of life are you in?

Are you flowing with the natural cycles of your life?

Are you trying desperately to go in a direction that is not yours for now?

She smiles kindly down at you and reminds you to have patience,

That everything in life has a cycle and that everything in life has an end.

A time for beginning,

A time for bearing fruit and a time for ending.

Maiden walks back to her seat and the next woman that comes to sit with you is the wild one,

The wild woman.

That part of you that longs to run free,

That knows that you are free and that knows the power that lies within your wildish nature.

She carries with her a medicine bundle that contains all the medicine that you need.

She carries within her the songs that you have to sing.

She walks bravely through the light and bravely through the dark.

She invites you to contemplate.

Are you in balance?

Are you choosing to walk both in the light and in the dark?

What is it that you are holding within yourself that is wanting to break free?

What emotion are you not expressing?

What song are you not singing?

Where have you allowed yourself to become stuck and stagnant?

She looks at you with a cheeky smile and reminds you to be wild and free.

The next woman who comes to sit with you is the crow,

A wise elder.

She is the part of you that carries wisdom.

She lives deeply within her own inner rich landscape and she is comfortable here.

She is so comfortable in her own skin.

She sits with her intuition and she transmits that which is true,

That which comes from a well of wisdom,

Lived experience.

She comes to ask you what wisdom lives within you.

How can you acknowledge your intuition?

How can you become comfortable in your own skin and know that the beauty that is you resides within you and not secrets on the outside?

How much knowledge does this intuitive part of yourself have for you?

She leaves you with a message that the answers and the wisdom that you seek live within you.

You look around and you see all these faces,

All these archetypes of the feminine,

This circle of wisdom,

This circle of woman.

And you know that you are held and supported,

That you have all the resources within you and that you are never walking alone.

Breathe deeply into your heart now,

Feeling a sense of gratitude,

Inner strength,

Joyfulness,

Patience,

Freedom,

Wisdom.

And know that you carry all of these parts within,

That you are the medicine,

You are the one that you have been searching for.

Give thanks and then start to make your way back up the spa,

Knowing that you can always come back whenever you're feeling lost,

Lonely,

Confused,

Hurt.

Make your way back to the meadow,

Make your way back to the circle of woman and slowly start to take some fuller and deeper breaths.

Feel yourself back into your body.

Let go,

Open your eyes and take some time to journal,

Practicing free writing and just allowing whatever is there to be expressed.

To be allowed to come forth.
