This is a chakra meditation.
This is one of my favorite meditations for using Reiki to balance my chakras.
If the scanning is difficult and it's difficult to feel the Reiki through the scanning and which chakra needs healing,
This is a general chakra meditation that you can use daily to balance all of your chakra.
So start by sitting down and relaxing,
Breathing in deeply to your nose and out to your mouth,
Feeling your belly rise and fall.
Feel yourself really land and dropping deeper into the ground.
Feel yourself being connected through roots going down from your tailbone and from the bottom of your feet down deep into earth.
Feel yourself rooted and grounded down down down deep into earth.
And start by opening up your crown chakra and focusing on the top of your head and picture a beautiful deep purple light opening up on the top of your head,
Connecting upwards to the divine,
To your wisdom,
To the universe,
To your higher purpose.
Feel that chakra lightening up and feel that ball of purple beautiful bright light now turning in harmony.
Not too fast,
Not too slow,
Just a vibrant motion of beautiful purple energy.
And now bring your attention to your third eye and feel a beautiful indigo blue color light center opening up,
Opening up your center of intuition,
Clear vision,
Visualizing,
Of knowing your truth.
Feel that ball of energy now harmonizing,
Vibrating in harmony with your crown chakra.
And now feel your throat chakra opening up in a beautiful blue color in your throat area.
Feel your throat unblocking.
Feel that energy harmonizing your center of self-expression and communication.
Feel that beautiful blue energy now harmonizing with both your third eye and your crown chakra.
Having turned on all of those energy centers,
Now moving into the chest area to your heart chakra.
Feel a beautiful green light opening up in your chest,
Warming up your heart space,
Balancing your ability to give and receive love,
Opening up your center of compassion and kindness,
Seeing love in others and seeing love in yourself,
Having a vision of seeing a loving world.
Feel that beautiful green light now vibrating in harmony with all the other chakras that you have already turned on.
Moving down to your solar plexus chakra,
Now opening up your center of self-esteem,
Confidence,
Personal power,
Feeling good about yourself.
Feel a vibrant yellow sunshine like energy opening up in your solar plexus,
Illuminating your entire stomach area with a sense of willpower of I can do this,
I know who I am,
I know why I'm here and I know I can do whatever I am here to do.
Feel that beautiful yellow bright light now vibrating in harmony with all the other chakras that you have already activated and balanced.
Now moving down to the sacral chakra below your navel,
Feel a beautiful orange vibrant orangey like energy opening up,
Making space for your creativity and sexuality.
Feel this beautiful vibrant light harmonizing your energy center of expressing your creativity,
Tapping into a healthy creativity and sexuality.
Feel that beautiful orange light now being turned on in harmony with all your other chakras.
And lastly your root chakra,
A deep red color energy opening up like a flower rooting you down into earth.
Feel roots going down from the root chakra even stronger,
Red roots,
Beautiful colored roots down deep into earth,
Connecting you to a sense of belonging,
Feeling at home in your life,
Being happy to be alive,
Balancing your center of security of financial safety.
Feel yourself being grounded,
Being connected below and being connected above.
Feel all of your chakras happily vibrating together in harmony with each other.
Feel any excess energy going down through the roots,
Down into Mother Earth,
Being transmuted into good energy.
Feel that Reiki energy now flowing through you.
Invite Reiki to enter from the top of your head going through your entire body,
Energizing every cell of your body flowing through your blood,
Energizing your thoughts,
Energizing your mind,
Energizing your heart,
Energizing your soul,
Energizing your physical body with Reiki energy illuminating who you are,
What you are here for,
What you do every day,
Bringing that light into you and out of you.
Pray that it may touch everyone you come into contact with,
That it fills every room you enter,
That it transmits into others so that they may feel this beautiful Reiki energy coming from the divine.
You can stay in this energy as long as you may wish.
