Hello,
Welcome to your three minute reset.
My name is Charlotte and we're just going to go through a quick full body tension release.
We'll begin standing.
So if you'd like to ground into your hips,
Relax your arms beside you,
Drop your chin to your chest and slowly begin to roll out your neck.
Good.
Not too quick.
Take a little bit of time to go through a full rotation before you pause and then switch directions.
Go the other way.
Relax your face and deepen your breath.
And next time your chin comes down to your chest,
Pause and lift your head so your neck is back in line with your spine and roll out your shoulders by inhaling them forward and up.
And exhaling them back and down.
And do that a couple more times on your own.
Just do a little tense and release.
And then switch directions.
Draw your shoulders back and up.
And forward and down,
And do that one more time.
And then relax your arms beside you with your palms facing forward.
Good.
Heel toe,
Walk your feet out a little bit wider than hip width apart,
And then place your hands on your hips.
Gently press your hips forward for just a little baby back bend and press your hips over to your right.
Good,
Continue your hips back and center.
And over to the left.
So we're drawing a little circle.
Press your hips forward and then draw that circle one more time.
Really explore your hips.
And once you get forward,
Pause and switch directions.
So we're going to go to the left.
Twice,
Good,
Press your hips back.
Right and forward,
Good.
Explore that one more time.
And next time your hips come forward and center,
Go ahead and pause and just stand up tall.
Relax your arms beside you.
Soften your knees,
All right?
And then swing your arms over to the right and left.
Good,
And continue to swing your arms.
Go ahead and let them relax and be heavy so they can even kind of slap your body.
Great for some lymphatic drainage.
And then if you want to get into your upper body a little bit more,
You're gonna lift up the arms.
Good.
Think about wringing out any stale energy in your spine.
Bye.
And the whole body.
Your breath deepens.
And then begin to slow this down.
Good.
Nice and slow.
So we're not really going to stop it,
But just kind of,
Kind of slowly see if the body will eventually stop on its own.
So you're not going to stop it.
Just.
Continue.
To find your equilibrium.
Good.
Once you're there,
Heel toe,
Walk your feet in a little bit wider than hip width apart and relax your arms beside you with your palms facing forward and feel the effects of our little movements,
Energy in your hands,
Your fingers,
In your arms,
Your entire spine,
And then bring your palms together and your hands to your heart.
Relax your shoulders and take a deep breath in.
Open your mouth a big sigh.
That completes our quick practice.
Thank you so much for joining me.
Have a wonderful rest of your day.
