Charlie's published scientific research spans a range of topics, including alertness and autonomic nervous system activity, visual perception, eye movements, and spatial computing technologies. He facilitates relational groups combining Circling, Dyad Meditation, Internal Family Systems, and other self-inquiry/self-compassion practices.
