Imagine yourself on a deserted empty stretch of sandy beach.

Take a moment to look around,

Noticing the sky and the distance hearing the sound of seagulls crying on the wind.

Find a nice warm piece of sand and as you lay down on your back with your feet close to the ocean,

Feel the warmth of the sand beneath you supporting your body comfortably.

Breathing diaphragmatically,

Feel the abdomen expanding as you breathe in,

Falling,

Softening as you breathe out.

And as you breathe,

Imagine the sound of the ocean.

Hear a wave rolling up the beach as you breathe in,

Sliding back down into the ocean as you breathe out.

Breathing in and out and hearing the ocean rise and fall with each breath.

Feel the contact between your body and the sand beneath you.

Feel how the sand gives in all the right places and supports you comfortably.

Bring your consciousness,

Your attention into this area of connection where your body and the sand meet and are joined.

Imagine that your body is made of sand.

Like a sand castle,

Some child has sculpted on the beach and left there.

No separation between you and the beach beneath you.

And as you breathe in,

A wave rolls up the beach and washes over your feet as you breathe out.

Feel the sand being swept out to sea,

Allowing your breath to be smooth and fluid and wave-like.

And as you breathe in,

The waves roll up the beach,

Washing over the knees.

As you breathe out,

Feel your legs dissolving,

Washing out to sea.

The waves washing up over the thighs and the hips.

Now the waves roll up over your hands and arms.

And as you breathe out,

Feel the fingers melting,

Washing out to sea,

The hands,

The wrists,

The arms,

The shoulders.

Imagine your own internal organs,

Each sculpted out of sand.

As you breathe in,

The waves wash up over your abdomen and feel first the intestines and the stomach,

Softening,

Washing out to sea.

Above the pancreas,

Softening and washing out to sea on an exhalation.

And the liver and even the kidneys beginning to soften.

And as you breathe out,

Washing away.

And the waves now rolling up over the chest,

The shoulders.

And as you breathe out,

Feel the torso wash out to sea,

The neck,

The throat,

Until all that is left is your head.

Feel the tongue softening,

Washing away the eyeballs,

The cheeks,

The forehead,

The skull.

Until all that is left of you is your own breath.

And your breath now,

Free from the body,

Floats up above the beach.

Allow yourself to float higher and higher.

And looking back down,

You can see the beach and the ocean and the waves far below.

And now you notice that you can move.

Simply by breathing,

You can move through space and time.

Like a squid swimming through the ocean.

Feel yourself as you breathe in,

Being drawn forward.

And as you breathe out,

Being pushed further forward.

Gliding through space and time.

Beneath you see the clouds floating by.

And gliding to a stop.

Floating high above the clouds.

And beneath the clouds,

Obscured from view for the moment,

Is a sacred space.

And there,

Waiting for you,

Is your new body.

Transported molecule by molecule,

Cell by cell,

And reassembled.

Only that which belongs.

All the tensions,

Toxins,

Scar tissues,

Diseases have been left behind.

And only that which actually belongs has been reassembled and is waiting for you.

On a count of three,

Drop down through the clouds and see where you are.

Three,

Two,

One.

And as you drop through the clouds,

Notice,

Are you still at the beach?

Or are you at the mountains or the desert?

Somewhere you've been before,

Somewhere you've never been.

And waiting for you is your new body.

Perhaps you can see it.

Or maybe you just see a cloud of energy.

Or the space where your body is but you can't see it.

Regardless,

On a count of three,

Allow yourself,

Like breath entering the body,

To enter back into yourself.

Three,

Two,

One.

And now,

As you breathe,

Feel how good it is to be surrounded by flesh and blood and bone.

Feel how good it is for breath to be reconnected with body.

And as you breathe,

Notice how it feels to be in this healthy,

Perfect body.

And when you're ready,

Take a few moments to move your fingers,

To move your toes.

And when you're ready,

Raise your arms overhead.

Open your mouth.

Yawn.

Stretch.

And when you're ready,

Roll to one side and come back to sitting.
