Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

Take a moment to settle in.

Whatever is on your mind,

Choose to set it aside to be present in this moment.

Take a deep breath in.

As you exhale,

Feel your body start to settle in and relax.

Inhale,

Exhale,

Relaxing even deeper.

And again,

Inhale,

Exhale and let go.

In the scriptures,

The Lord says,

Be still and know.

We're going to focus on getting still so that we can know and connect with truth and light and the Holy Ghost.

Let your body be still.

Let your mind be still.

As you settle into stillness,

You will feel calm and at peace.

The Lord Jesus Christ said,

Be still and know that I am God.

As you pause and meditate on Him,

Do you feel that this is true?

Do you know that He is God?

In the quiet,

In the stillness,

Can you feel His presence?

Can you understand what it means to know He is there?

He is there.

He is always there,

Comforting you,

Guiding you,

Watching over you.

He is always there.

And when you are still,

You can feel Him.

You can know that He is God.

Be still and know.

Be still and know.

Be still and know.

Take a deep breath in and feel that knowing spread throughout your body.

Feel what it's like to feel Him there.

Allow His presence to grow within you.

We are so thankful Father that Thou has sent Thy Son.

Take a deep breath in.

Exhale in gratitude.

Keep this feeling with you throughout your day.

Be still and know.
