Seated or lying down.
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
And slowly release.
Take another deep breath in,
And exhale.
Allow your body to relax with each exhale.
Relax and let go.
Relax your body from head to toe.
Relax your eye muscles,
Relax your throat,
Relax your shoulders,
Relax your chest,
Relax your upper back.
Deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Relax your stomach,
Relax your lower back,
Relax your hips,
Relax your thighs,
Relax Relax your knees.
Deeper and deeper into relaxation.
Relax your shins,
Relax your calves,
Relax your ankles,
Relax your feet,
Relax your toes,
Relax your arms,

Your whole body is completely relaxed.

Now bring attention to your breath.
Inhale gently through your nose,

With each breath in,

With each exhale,
Breathe out stress,

Fear.

Breathe in,
Imagining light and possibility.
Exhale,
Release stress,
Worry,
Doubt,
Fear,
Tension.
Say silently to yourself,
I am here.
I am present.
Next,
Imagine a soft,
Warm light filling your chest.
This light represents your potential,
Your strength,
Your future self.
Feel it growing with each breath.
Now repeat silently,
Out loud or to yourself.
I am becoming a brand new me.
I grow stronger and more confident each day.
I am open to abundance in all areas of my life.
Now breathe in confidence,
And exhale worry,
Doubt,
Fear.
Now we're going to focus on wellness and health.
Picture yourself moving with ease and joy,
Stepping into healthier habits.
See yourself smiling after exercising.
See yourself resting,
Taking time for self-care.
You choose nourishing foods.
You honor your body.
