Dear Explorer,
Today I was walking and I'm still walking under the rain and at some point I noticed something in the pavement,
On the pavement to be exact.
A small snail moving very,
Very slowly.
I stopped for a moment and watched it,
The way it moved and how it kept putting its little antennas out then pulling them back in.
It made me smile.
It was so slow and yet it was clearly going somewhere.
And then I had a small question in my mind.
Should I move it to the grass nearby or should I just let it continue its journey?
Sometimes,
When we observe something small in nature,
Our mind starts asking questions.
What should I do?
Should I interfere?
Should I just watch?
Today's Explorer mission is simple.
Find something small in the nature and observe it for one full minute.
It could be an insect,
A leaf,
A cloud or even a small plant growing somewhere unexpected.
And while you observe it,
Also notice your thoughts.
Do you want to change something,
Help something or just watch?
I'm still watching the snail for a moment and it seems to be doing just fine on its own.
It's amazing how much happens when we slow down enough to see it.
That's it for today's capsule.
If you want to share your exploration of the day,
I would be very glad to read you somewhere in the comments.
See you next time and remember,
Wonder is closer than you think.
