I wrote this meditation for people who experience low.
I wrote this meditation for people who have experienced trauma,
Who have been told that they aren't enough.
I wrote this meditation for people to heal.
Let's begin.
Take a deep,
Deep exhale out through your mouth.
Releasing all of your blood one more time.
Nose,
Filling up your belly with beautiful air.
Deep exhale out,
Releasing all.
Return to your normal breathing.
And as you breathe,
I want you to visualize a bright,
White light entering through the crown of your head,
Illuminating your entire body.
And on the exhale,
I want you to visualize that bright,
White light,
All of your worries,
All of your doubts,
All of your fears,
Through the soles of your feet.
Continue to visualize this bright,
White light as it illuminates your heart,
Your chakras,
Your energy field and as you breathe,
That is as divine as your existence.
Two,
And as you breathe,
As you continue to breathe and exist,
Know that you are worthy of the love that is patient and kind.
You are worthy of the love that is reassuring and gentle,
A love that is accepting,
A love that is reciprocated.
You are worthy of a love that feels safe and secure.
And you,
My love,
Are like all that you were created for.
Now take one final deep breath in,
Filling your lungs and expanding your belly.
Releasing all that doesn't serve you.
Releasing all of your fears,
Your worries,
Your doubts.
Before you open your eyes,
I want you to remember
