Welcome to Dolphin Spirit Animal Meditation.

As far as feelings and connection,

The dolphin is the closest animal to humans.

You will notice in the background of this audio that there are the cackles and the calls of dolphins occasionally.

They use a system of echoing so that the sound vibrates off from other things and they locate where other things are.

This meditation includes a very beautiful connection with Archangel Haniel and the dolphin,

Bringing joy and happiness to those who choose to listen to this.

We start with a message from Archangel Michael.

Archangel Michael says,

But it is not.

It is not threatening,

Only wanting to engage in a loving way.

You are here to swim with the dolphin,

To acquire these qualities that you and your guides know will enhance your pathway into the future.

You are here for your own enhancement as well as the enhancement of all humanity.

I am Michael.

And as you breathe in and breathe out,

Breathing in clean,

Fresh oxygen deep down into your lungs and breathing out what no longer serves you.

Ah,

Any tension from the day,

Letting your body relax and release,

Taking that clean breath in and any tension out.

Ah,

And feeling into your body as you breathe in once more and breathe out from anywhere in your body that's ready to be released.

Ah,

And breathing in for the fourth time,

That clean air and breathing out with a sigh.

Ah,

And one final time now,

Breathing in deep and breathing out.

Ah,

As you rest there peacefully.

And perhaps you're noticing Archangel Michael floating into the room from up where the wall meets the ceiling.

And you see that beautiful white light of the Archangel entering the room.

And perhaps you already know that the fragrance of sage has been sprayed in the room to clear the energy.

And Archangel Michael is spreading white light into every corner of the room.

Noticing now a feeling of lightness,

The feeling of energetic lightness here.

And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of each person that is here.

Clearing the central core of each person that was directed to be here tonight for spirit animal meditation.

And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the aura energy of each person here tonight.

Clearing the aura energy as you become more and more calm inside.

And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the central core of this room now.

Clearing the room that I am in and that you are in of anything that no longer needs to be here.

And I'm asking Archangel Michael to clear the aura of this room for each person.

And clearing the room itself,

Spreading that clean,

Clear energy 40 feet above,

40 feet below,

40 feet in front and behind.

40 feet to the left and to the right and all the way around.

And I'm asking Archangel Raphael to come be with us now.

Come be with us now and create an energy bubble of protection around this beautiful,

Clean,

Clear feeling energy.

And put protection around each person here.

And this entire room,

40 feet above,

Below,

To the sides,

In front,

Behind and all the way around.

And perhaps you feel the vibration of these two beautiful archangels.

And perhaps you feel the release already within your body.

As you sigh or cough or yawn,

Knowing that your body is beginning already to release what you came here for.

Or perhaps you notice a beautiful light behind your eyelids.

Or perhaps you notice a vibration in your ears as you rest and settle there.

And you allow the energy of those two beautiful archangels to flow deep into your own energy field.

And as you rest there now inside your mind,

Becoming aware of that place where the ceiling and the wall meet up near the top of the room.

And up there on the wall,

Notice there's a beautiful spot of blue light.

A soft blue light like the light of an ocean or the light of a beautiful blue sky.

And just notice the archangel hand yell.

The beautiful lady floating in with the energy of joy and happiness.

And now all three of these archangels are here to assist us tonight.

All three of them filling this room with their own individual energy.

Archangel Michael with the energy of protection.

Archangel Raphael with that energy of healing.

And archangel hand yell with the energy of joy and happiness.

And you find yourself now resting and settling in this beautiful place and space.

Almost as if around you,

Archangel hand yell is creating a beautiful,

Perfect space for you.

And perhaps it's a chair like a lounge chair sitting on a beautiful sandy beach.

And you begin to become aware that hand yell is surrounding you.

Not only with beautiful blue sky,

But out in front of you is the ocean that is gently bringing waves in and out.

Almost as if it were a protected bay that she had created just for you.

And so as you rest and settle there,

Perhaps you notice that beach sand or that chair that you're on.

And it is contoured exactly to fit your body.

Almost as though it has been manufactured for your ease and comfort right here,

Right now.

And as you rest there,

You notice that beside you is a cushion.

And the archangel hand yell comes and sits down next to you on the cushion.

Knowing that she is going to help you and guide you tonight.

And as you rest there,

Now you become aware inside of yourself.

Almost as if you were scanning to look inside yourself.

And you notice any concerns from the past,

Any sadness from the past.

And archangel hand yell might be pointing out to you places that sadness or melancholy have been stored.

And perhaps it's being pointed out somewhere inside your body.

And you allow that lower energy,

That sadness that separates you from source energy.

That melancholy that separates you from the divine.

With the urging of archangel hand yell,

You notice these particles and pieces beginning to lift away and lift out of your body.

Almost as if they were simply floating out of you.

Going up and up.

And perhaps up above you,

You notice that there is a cloud up there.

And it's a beautiful white cloud that is inviting you to release this old outdated negative feeling of sadness,

Of melancholy or gloom.

And you allow it to float up to that cloud.

And that sadness might be icky or sticky or smelly or stinky.

And you allow it to float up and out of your body.

And maybe there is a memory there inside of you.

Something that has hurt you or held you back.

And maybe right now is the time to completely let that go.

Releasing any judgments or anything dark.

Releasing any energy that is ready to be released.

Releasing from your skeletal system,

That lower frequency.

And as you're aware of that sadness or that melancholy,

Perhaps you notice that there is some kind of a cord that has been attached to you.

And maybe it's a feeling of gloom.

And Archangel Michael is the great archangel with the sword of protection.

And if you choose,

You can ask to use the sword to cut any cords that are ready to be cut,

Doing it with love.

And as you cut any cords,

The great healer Archangel Raphael is standing by with a healing salve.

And he will make sure that any place or space where you have righteously released gloom,

Sadness or melancholy.

That those wounds will heal right now.

And so looking inside yourself and allowing any wounds from a relationship to simply float away.

And all the while Archangel Haniel is sitting right beside you.

And in this loving and beautiful place with the sun shining down.

As you feel your body releasing.

And almost feeling like a healing is going on.

Like a healing closure of a relationship or a friendship.

And in a moment now you notice that Archangel Haniel is pointing out into the water.

And out in the water you see a dolphin.

And you hear the sound of the whistling and the cackling of the dolphin.

As if it's laughing with joy and pleasure.

And you watch it as it swims back and forth and makes circles in the water.

And you begin to become aware that that dolphin is attracting other dolphins.

And the whole pod is there as they're laughing and frolicking in the water.

But there is one dolphin.

The first one.

The very first one that came to you.

That dolphin comes closer and closer.

And you notice the eyes of the dolphin.

You notice the breathing through the blowhole.

And the dolphin is looking at you with the depth of understanding that almost seems human to you.

And the dolphin is looking at you.

And asking you to check again.

To check again inside yourself.

And notice anything that is stopping you from having the closest connection possible to the divine.

Any wound.

Anything negative.

And as you look inside yourself,

Perhaps you allow just one more tiny particle to float up to that cloud.

And that cloud is looking dark now as the dolphin looks up.

And that cloud begins to float away almost as if by magic.

Almost as if the light of the divine were taking that pain away from you.

Taking it back to God to be recycled.

Because you already know that energy cannot be created or destroyed.

Only changed.

And everything that the divine does has the power of healing and reuse.

And so that cloud floats away with that dark energy leaving the sky bright and beautiful.

And once again the dolphin is looking at you with connection.

Looking directly into your eyes.

And the dolphin is saying to you,

I invite in an eternal light into this moment and into your being,

The dolphin says.

I bless you with timeless presence of the divine.

And those eyes are locked on you.

And the dolphin says,

Let that light of the divine shine over you.

And the dolphin says,

Surrender to the light of the divine.

And as you rest there,

The dolphin invites in even more light and energy.

The dolphin knowing that relationships are the key connection between human beings.

And the dolphin knows this because their relationships are so similar to human relationships.

And so the dolphin is sending into you a flow of divine energy into all of your relationships.

So that as you rest there,

The dolphin feels great joy communicating with you and bringing in the light of the divine.

And now notice that beautiful light of the divine.

As Archangel Hanyal reaches your hand inside your energy and begins spreading that light of God into every part of your body.

Archangel Hanyal spreading that light into your bones.

Archangel Hanyal spreading it into your blood.

Spreading that light of God into your organs,

Into your muscles,

And into every cell in your body from the top of your head.

Following your spine,

That energy spreading all out through,

Around,

And within your body.

And you notice now that your body is glowing with divine light.

Feeling that vibration.

Feeling that upgrade.

Feeling that healing energy.

As you rest there,

Allowing that light to flow through your entire body.

And the dolphin now appears in front of you with a silver tray.

A beautiful sparkling silver tray.

And on that tray are orbs of light in all different colors.

There's a soft blue like the sky and the ocean.

But there's also the beautiful bright pink of a morning sunrise.

And there's an orb of deep fuchsia color like an evening sunset.

And that tray is filled with all different colored orbs.

And the dolphin brings it to you and offers one to you as you reach for a particular color.

And put that orb of happiness and joy inside yourself.

And somehow you know that the dolphin is offering it to other people as well that are sitting along this beach.

And the dolphin offers joy and happiness to them as well.

And as the dolphin returns to you,

The tray is magically refilled with more joy and more happiness.

And you take another orb and put it inside yourself.

And now you begin to wonder.

You begin to wonder what can I do with all of this joy and all of this happiness.

And the dolphin continues to give it out to other people along the shoreline.

And soon the dolphin is returning to you once again.

And you take another orb of joy and happiness,

Perhaps a different color this time,

Bringing it inside yourself.

And as you bring it inside yourself,

Archangel Haniel is showing you beautiful memories from your past.

Happy,

Joyful memories.

And Archangel Haniel is urging you to put the excess joy and happiness right there inside your memories.

She's telling you this is the place to store the extra joy and happiness so that you can retrieve it at any time you choose.

And now you understand that the dolphin is here to give you as much joy and happiness as you can hold.

Because your higher self,

Your higher self has the infinite potential to hold more joy and happiness than perhaps you have ever experienced before.

And so the dolphin comes back again with the silver tray and you choose another color,

Another orb of joy and happiness.

And now you tuck it inside yourself in a safe place,

Almost as if there were a treasure chest inside you.

And you put that happiness away inside yourself.

And the dolphin is smiling now and saying to you to put it away for a rainy day,

For a day when happiness and joy needs to be retrieved from that treasure chest.

And so the dolphin is cackling and clicking with happiness as you have received your fill.

And the dolphin looks at you noticing your inner energy and all of that joy and that happiness that is there.

And the Archangel Haniel too is thrilled with the balance of energy within you.

And as you rest there,

The dolphin swims back a bit out into the water.

And Archangel Haniel is inviting you to give dolphin a name.

To become friends for the future.

So that at any time in the future that you want,

You can call upon the dolphin.

For the dolphin energy is no different than the energy of Archangel Haniel.

Archangel Haniel and the dolphin are friends forever.

And as you watch the dolphin there swimming and circling,

Somehow you notice that the sun is beginning to set.

And as the sun is setting and you are sitting there so relaxed and so comfortable,

You notice that the beautiful full moon comes up in the sky.

And as that full moon comes up in the sky,

The light over the ocean accentuates the deep blue of the water.

And the moon glistening against the water illuminates the dolphin out there.

As you once again hear the cackling.

And now the dolphin is swimming there.

And you notice that Archangel Haniel has left your side.

And Archangel Haniel is out near the water with the dolphin.

And you realize that the two of them are both the energy of joy and happiness.

And Archangel Haniel and your dolphin,

Both will be with you any time that you call.

And Archangel Michael is saying that just as easily as we called him in and asked him to come tonight,

You will be able to call in Archangel Haniel and your dolphin.

They are there for you.

And Archangel Michael wants you to know that you were chosen to be here right now.

No one comes to this meditation without being chosen to be here.

There is a reason.

There was something that needed to be healed and filled with joy and happiness for each person that is here.

You make a connection with Archangel Haniel and the beautiful dolphin.

And you see the connection between the two of them.

Knowing that they were here tonight just for you.

And as you begin to breathe in a little bit deeper now,

Beginning to become aware just a little bit more of the room here around you.

Perhaps you notice dolphin fading a bit in the distance.

And feeling into the soft blue light in this room.

As you notice Archangel Haniel moving up near the top of the room where the ceiling meets the wall.

And Archangel Raphael and Archangel Michael are helping you up from your chair now.

As you breathe in and breathe out.

Feeling your divine connection,

Not just with the archangels,

But becoming aware of the light of the divine.

The light of the divine that is shining into each and every person here.

And allowing your body,

Mind and spirit now to fill yourself to the fullest with divine energy.

And I'm asking Archangel Raphael to put a bubble of protection around each person now.

Keeping in that beautiful divine light.

And coming back more and more into the room.

Breathing in and out just a little bit deeper.

And opening your eyes when you're ready.
