Begin in a comfortable seated position and if you're able to connect your feet to the ground and just notice that feeling of support you're receiving from the earth beneath you.

The energy moving through your feet,

Your sitting bones,

All the way through your body and when you're ready close your eyes or lower your focus.

Today I'll be guiding you through a heart activation meditation.

This will help connect your mind and body.

Place your right hand over your heart space and your left hand over your right hand.

Start by taking some slightly deeper breaths but keeping to your natural rhythm and as you do this imagine every breath you take passes through your heart space.

Feel the breath moving in and out of your heart,

Physically finding that sensation in your chest,

Feeling that breath move in and up into your heart space,

Feeling that breath filling up your heart space and exhaling it out.

With each and every breath you take just relax the muscles in your body even more,

Letting them melt away,

Releasing the tension in your jaw,

Your neck and shoulders,

Releasing tension in your hips and thighs and every breath out is an opportunity to release stress.

Allow it to exhale out of your body and evaporate into the world around you.

As you inhale life force energy feel it pass through your heart and into your whole system,

Allowing that energy to move through your body,

Filling you up to the ends of your fingertips,

To the tips of your toes,

This energy traveling up and down your spine,

Through the top of your head and down your sacrum,

Grounding you into the earth.

Continuing to breathe in and out of your heart center,

Connecting brain and body in this moment.

Breathing in and out of your heart space,

Allowing your head and your heart to connect in this powerful moment,

Allowing them to align because when we are aligned we can make clearer decisions that serve our higher soul.

Taking one more deep breath in through your heart space and exhale release and you can release your hands from your chest.

When you're ready just inviting some movement back into your body,

In your own time just slowly opening up your focus again.

Take your time to return back into the space.

Feel free to sit here for as long as you need and just meet yourself with gratitude for taking time out of your day to sit in this mindful presence and have a great rest of your day.
