
Chanting
In today's session, Carrie Grossman will introduce us to the sacred practice of chanting. In almost all spiritual traditions, chanting has been used to still the mind and open the heart. While meditation is often done in silence, chanting uses sound to wake up our emotional body and tune our being to the frequency of love. Today we’ll discover the benefits of this beautiful practice and experience a musical meditation with the Buddhist mantra of compassion Om Mani Padme Hum.
