We all have guardian angels stand by 24-7 to help us in all aspects of our life.
Angels know the big picture of what we wanted to experience before coming to this life.
They give us hints of the best way to make sure things go smoothly.
It's important we are willing to open up ourselves and ask for help.
This practice is a breathing exercise to help us clear up our energies and make space for guidance to come in.
So let's begin.
Please settle down in a quiet and comfortable place.
Sit up straight.
Relax.
Relax your whole body.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your facial expressions.
Now find an object in front of you.
Anything will do.
Just look at it and breathe slowly,
Deeply.
You don't have to touch it,
Just feel it.
Try to feel its colour.
How heavy is it?
Is the surface smooth or rough?
Is it warm or cold?
Soft or hard?
Continue breathing.
Now shift your focus from outside to the inside of your heart.
Close your eyes.
Let's feel our chest.
Simply feel it.
There's no need to judge.
Are you feeling a bit tense?
Or are you relaxed?
Are you at peace?
Everything is energy.
All you have to do now is to feel the energy in your chest,
Where the heart chakra is.
Very good.
Now we'll take two deep breaths to clear our energy field and make space to receive messages from angels.
Are you ready?
First breath.
Slowly and deeply inhale through your nose.
Hold 3,
2,
1.
Out through your mouth.
Exhaling all the dense energies.
One more time.
In through your nose.
Hold 3,
2,
1.
Exhale,
Drop your shoulders,
Relax.
Energies that don't serve us leaving the body.
Return to normal breathing.
We'll stay here for a while and enjoy the silence.
When our mind becomes quiet,
We can listen more clearly the voice inside.
But we're not searching for words,
It's a feeling.
Perhaps you don't feel anything and that's also fine.
Slowly enjoy this moment of tranquility.
