Time is money … as if Time’s only value is productivity. It’s an entrenched belief and value in societies like most on this planet that does not serve us well. Like most lives, Time is multi-faceted. It can be about more than one thing.

What is for sure is that it is never wasted - even when it’s not generating revenue or any other tangibly valued product. May this meditation support you in that space. Asé

This is not wasted time.

It's never wasted time.

You're a child of the universe.

This is not biding time until the next shoe falls or the next axe hurdles in your direction.

More shoes may fall,

Axes may hurdle,

And you'll handle them.

You're not biding time.

You're a child of the universe.

There is purpose in this time.

There's always purpose.

The gag is,

Are you tuned in?

To see it,

To feel it,

To smell it,

To touch it,

To taste it,

To know it,

Be it.

Tap in.

Close your eyes now.

Drop in to that familiar place of connection,

Of reassurance,

Of sustenance.

If you haven't already,

Tune into your pacing.

What's got you going back and forth,

Back and forth,

Back and forth?

Stop.

Look at it.

Tell it to settle.

Settle and breathe.

Three deep breaths.

You know the ones,

The ones that calm you,

Center you,

Ground you,

Redirect you.

Be here for a bit.

I'll call you back.

Give some gratitude.

Mark this time.

What do you know now that you did not before?

Seal it.
