Welcome to this guided meditation to find inner peace and recharge your batteries.
You can either sit down or lay down whatever feels comfortable for you.
And if you want to connect to yourself more,
Then place your left palm over your heart and your right one over your belly.
And if you wish to connect to the universe,
Then feel free to place your palms facing up to the sky next to your body.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and sigh to breathe out.
And another deep breath in and a deep breath out.
Really nice.
In our daily life,
We tend to overthink things.
We constantly are working with our mind.
And this actually causes that our inner peace is a little bit out of balance.
To find more ease in your life,
It's really important to simply be conscious in a moment and connect to your true self,
Even if it's just for a brief second.
If you feel like thoughts are coming up in your mind,
Then that is okay.
Let them come to you and simply invite them to pause for a moment with you.
Those thoughts,
They serve a purpose.
But in this moment,
All you need to do is simply be.
Feel white lights.
Feel white lights coming through your toes,
Into your feet,
And cleansing your energy.
It's climbing up your legs slowly,
Maybe giving you a soft sensation,
A tingling.
And this white light keeps traveling up into your hips,
Releasing all the blockages and tension that has been stored in there.
Take a deep breath in and release more tension.
This light is moving towards your heart center,
Expanding and opening up your heart to see and receive the peace that is all around and within you.
Maybe you feel like the light is traveling through your arms,
Moving slowly towards your hands and fingertips.
And again,
Pay attention to the sensations that your body is sending you,
Because this is your inner truth talking to you.
Finally the light is climbing up into your throat,
Releasing all the tension there and opening up the communication channel between yourself and of course the external world.
The white light keeps coming into your head,
You maybe feel it on your face.
It feels as if a feather is touching your face and giving you a relaxing massage.
Your face is simply relaxed.
And with that moment you also feel like this white light is cleansing your thoughts.
It's simply allowing them to be without any judgment and this is giving you so much peace.
Now the white light is coming through your crown chakra,
Connecting you to a higher knowing that is already within you.
This white light is a channel between you and the universe to see the signals,
To understand when to stop and to understand when you need to recharge to find more peace in your daily life again.
The white light is simply surrounding you now,
It's moving all around your body as if it's a protection field of your peacefulness.
Maybe simply enjoy.
This is all you have to do.
And we're slowly coming back by taking a deep conscious breath into your belly and breathing out through the mouth.
Feel free to slowly move your toes,
Start moving your fingers and awaken your body and be ready for whatever is next for you in this day.
You can give yourself a soft smile and thank yourself for taking this time out to recharge,
To find this peaceful moment and connect to your inner truth.
