Wherever you are in time,
Wherever you are in the world,
And wherever you are in yourself.
My name is Brielle and thank you for allowing me to join this intimate space with you.
This intimate space where your soul and your mind and your intentions meet to create inspiring service for the world.
If you're here,
I imagine that you have a deep calling to serve the world in some way with your gifts.
Maybe you know what those gifts are,
Maybe you don't.
All you know is you have a deep desire to serve in some way and you want to answer that calling.
And you want to answer that calling from a secure place within yourself.
The essence of this guided meditation is to help you root yourself into your beingness.
That grounded,
Secure place within you from which all energy,
Creativity and abundance effortlessly flows.
We're going to go ahead and get started.
So go ahead and arrange your body in a comfortable sitting position.
We'll be here for the next 10 to 15 minutes.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Settle into quietness,
Into this space,
Into your body.
And simply notice what emotions you're experiencing in this moment.
Are you experiencing calm,
Fear,
Trust,
Anxiety,
Surrender,
Insecurity?
A mixture of emotions perhaps.
Whatever you're experiencing,
Let that be okay.
And let yourself feel whatever the truth is of your experience.
Notice where you feel those emotions in your body.
And notice what those sensations feel like.
And let yourself lean into them just a little bit more in this moment right now.
If your mind wanders,
Let that be okay.
And simply bring your awareness back to your process,
Back to your body,
Back to your breath.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Looking through your mind's eye,
Envision your goal for the next one to three months.
See it in your mind very clearly.
And now identify what is the quality within yourself that you need to connect with in order to bring that goal to life with the universe's support.
Maybe that's trust or self-compassion or courage.
Pick the most important quality for you.
And I invite you to spend the next few minutes intentionally connecting with that quality within yourself.
If words will help you,
You can complete the sentence silently in your mind or out loud,
I am followed by your quality.
That might sound like I am trusting or I am courageous.
Experience yourself in that quality right now.
And imagine through your mind's eye that quality filling you up from your head to your neck to your chest,
To your solar plexus,
To your hips,
To your root,
To your legs,
To your feet,
To your toes.
Imagine yourself living in that quality in this moment.
Imagine yourself living in that quality throughout your day today.
See yourself in that quality as you go to work,
As you eat your meals,
As you communicate with the people in your environment.
Always seeing yourself in that quality throughout all of your daily activities.
And envision yourself connected to that quality as you accomplish whatever action steps you are taking towards your goal in the next one to three months.
Now I invite you to transition into seeing your goal through your mind's eye as if it has already happened.
Imagine that it's either the day you have accomplished your goal or the day after.
And imagine what it feels like to be on that day having accomplished your goal.
What does it feel like to be there on that day?
Feel those feelings now as if you are there.
Imagine how you are celebrating on that day and how it feels to be celebrating on that day.
Using your creativity,
Really put yourself there and experience whatever it feels like to be there.
Now,
Take a moment to thank the universe for having always supported you throughout your life.
And invite the universe in to continue supporting you by helping you bring that vision to life.
Recognizing that you can't do it alone and nobody has.
And truly,
In this moment,
Open yourself up to receive that support from the universe in a bigger way than you ever have,
Even if it's just half a step more.
Now,
Invite the universe as well as your own intuition to share whatever messages you need to hear to support you on this path.
And simply receive whatever messages come up for you,
Suspending any judgments and not needing them to make any sense in this moment.
Whenever you're ready,
Bring your awareness.
Bring your awareness back to your body.
Bring your awareness to your breathing.
Bring your awareness to the space where your body meets the ground.
Experience that rootedness.
And experience whatever it is that you are feeling now.
Letting whatever it is that you're experiencing be okay.
Giving yourself permission to feel and be where you're at.
Bringing an end to this meditation experience,
