Welcome everyone.
I'm so pleased to share with you the practices that I've been doing for 38 years.
First trained in 1988.
In these times now that we are going as people all over the planet there are challenges and mostly there'll be a level of fear because of the challenges and the changes that are everywhere now.
So to start off with I'd like to list what I feel is the major changes.
There are just four.
One is the fear of change.
The second is the fear of not being in control.
The third one is the fear of the future.
Well what's this mean to me?
And the fourth one is the fear of rejection.
Each of those four fears cover multiple situations,
Feelings,
Whether you're a one-year-old,
Two-year-old or 80-year-olds.

Just allow this to drift into your whole being.

So just to begin with this is a very simple process if you put your fingers on your bellies because we're going to direct our breathing just down to the belly.
So you breathe in and the belly goes up and then relax and let it comes out and it's breathing in and out through your nose or in and out through your mouth,
It doesn't matter but gentle breathing in and out to the belly.
Watch the rise and fall of your belly,
Put the fingers on the belly,
Press the abdominal muscles in so the belly goes up on the inhale and then just relax the exhale and bring it in again and again and again,
Excellent.
So the next part here we often need help,
Help from the higher beings and help from the angels.
So just bringing in your own personal helpers,
Now you mightn't believe in this but just try it.
Imagine with your eyes closed now but imagine a metre above you there's a beautiful gate,
And this gate has got your name on it,
As it opens up a shower of light,
Golden light,
Comes out and goes right into the top of your head.
Keep breathing nicely,
Push that belly up and as you're breathing you can sense,
Visualise,
Feel,
Intend for the energy of that beautiful,
Beautiful gate to come right down into your body,
Through the head,
Front and back of the eyes,
Front and back of the jaw,
Front and back of the throat and then as it finds your spinal cord,
It's going,
Working its way right down your spinal cord,
Front and back,
Level with your lungs,
Level with your heart,
Front and back,
Your belly,
Your hips,
Your legs and now it's coming out of your feet,
You might like to bend your knees and so you can place the feet apart and make sure that it goes right down into the earth,
Sense it,
Intend it,
Excellent.
So the next one you're going to do is just a hand space above your head now,
If you sense it and see if you can see it or feel it,
But even intend it,
There is a beautiful silver star,
Allow that silver star now to dissolve and it's going to,
In a way,
Chase the golden light,
First of all into the crown of your head crown of your head and right down the body again,
Big breath just into the belly and feel it and sense it and intend it to go right down to the feet and into the earth,
Excellent.
The third light now,
Keeping your eyes closed,
Look up into your forehead,
That's it,
Might be a little bit stressful but just keep the eyes closed but look up into your forehead,
Excellent,
This is the centre of inner seeing,
Inner knowing,
Inner guidance and as we let the guidance come in,
It's an indigo colour,
So let it come right through the forehead to near the back of the head and it's making its way down to outside one of your ears and there's a special centre there,
The centre we'll call the causal centre,
Oh there's a door there too,
Invisible at first,
But as you open your door,
I want you to say,
I invite the memory of my soul's journey into me for this session,
I intend to release fears and name the four fears,
Fears of change,
Fear of control,
Fear of the future and fear of rejection and just relax now and let that be and focus again just on your belly,
So now's a good time as you're breathing really deeply into the belly to remember,
To remember the limiting thoughts that you have about yourself,
About situations and allow them to float up and let go,
So we've just released a lot of those thoughts and fears on a mental level because you know them,
They stop you from doing certain things,
Things,
Somebody might like that or I might offend or it's too hard,
That's it,
Excellent,
Now I just want you to choose one fear,
Let's go with the fear of change because we are going to change because the world is continuously changing and now we have to change to adapt and grow and for some of us it will be about survival,
So there's a sentence I'm now going to say and you will learn it off by heart and we just change the words,
This sentence was channeled to me,
I think it was 1992,
It's called quantum dynamics,
Quantum meaning just a set amount of energy that's going to be released every time you say this fear with a deeper breath,
So we're activating where you're holding it with a deeper breath and it will start to flow out of your body,
I was channeled by the student of quantum dynamics Elizabeth Clark and I've been using it since 1992 with my clients,
Nice deep breath,
That's it,
So this will be the sentence,
The fear of change,
Has no meaning to me,
I let go and rise above that fear of change to a time and place where it has no power over me,
Keep the breath going now for at least 10 deep breaths,
Start to feel the relaxation on the exhale intending to let go of the fear of change,
As you know change is one of the few things that is happening all the time,
Every time,
Every minute of the day,
So it's like I've been practicing the fear of change so now let's let go of the fear of change,
Ask your body to wake up now,
That's it,
And five more deeper breaths,
I'll say the sentence once more,
The fear of change has no meaning to me,
I let go and rise above that fear of change to a time and place where it has no power over me,
Five more breaths,
Push the belly up,
Relax the jaw,
Feel the relaxation in the whole body as it leaves the body,
Excellent,
So let's choose the next one,
As I said the quantum dynamics is just removing a set amount of energy,
So you could do this every day or when you feel a bit afraid,
The next one is the fear that I'm not in control,
Breathe right into that now,
Right into the belly and let's do that one,
The fear that I'm not in control has no meaning to me,
I let go and rise above that fear of not being in control to a time and place where it has no power over me,
Allow the body to wake up,
That's it,
Now deeper down,
Three more breaths,
The fear of not being in control has no meaning to me,
I let go and rise above the fear of not being in control to a time and place where it has no power over me,
If you find that you are moving around that's great or if you're spontaneously twitching great,
It shows that the energy in your body is starting to move and you're directing it to the fear of not being in control,
Excellent,
Sometimes the fears are hidden underneath sadness or especially anger,
Just allow those feelings to come through,
They're only feelings,
That's it,
Once more the fear of not being in control has no meaning to me,
I let go and rise above that fear to a time and place where it has no power over me,
If you feel like shaking your head,
Moving your shoulders or neck,
Just let it be,
Remember it's just a small amount of energy we're moving out of these fears to start off with,
That fear of not being in control might have happened when you're one,
Two,
Three,
Six,
Seven,
Twenty nine,
Fifty five,
Who knows,
At the moment whatever age you are,
It will come up because the world is changing so quickly,
It's very very difficult to deal with the world while you're full of fear,
So what we're going to do is just once more,
Just one more,
The fear of the future,
You know what about me,
Fear of the future,
Well how am I going to get my money,
How am I going to do this,
Some of you will remember that we had a fear of not having toilet paper,
I'm old enough to remember before toilet paper was invented,
Ah,
Deep deep breath,
The fear of the future has no meaning to me,
I let go and rise above that fear of the future to a time and place where it has no power over me,
Watch your belly now with your fingers going right up to the ceiling and just collapsing on the exhale,
Don't move your chest,
Just your belly,
Belly breathing,
It's not about activating the fear as much as just recognising that it's there and it can move gently on out of your body or usually come out through your feet or your belly,
Your shoulders or the jaw,
If you find that your jaw is getting stiff,
Open your mouth on the exhale,
Exhale,
That's it,
Once more,
The fear of the future has no meaning to me,
I let go and rise above that fear of the future to a time and place where it has no power over me,
If your hands are feeling a bit stiff just give them a little shake,
It's a strapped energy trying to get out,
That's it,
Excellent,
Now the last one we'll do for today is a very very popular fear,
Very popular,
So we'll all let this one go,
The fear of rejection,
Underlining the fear of rejection of course is the thought that I'm not good enough,
Nobody wants me,
I can't do it,
All of those little ones but they're not,
They come down to the fear of rejection and that will limit us if we can let it hold us,
I've yet to meet a person who has truly let go of the fear of rejection,
Sometimes we go to extraordinary lengths to suppress the fear of rejection and we just keep trying to achieve,
Achieve,
Achieve,
Achieve so that people won't notice our so-called flaws,
Or our fear,
So let's do this one,
The fear of rejection has no meaning to me,
I let go and rise above that fear of rejection to a time and place where it has no power over me,
Pushing that belly out again and just letting it flow,
Excellent,
So you might like to just lie there for another five minutes or so just to let the energy go back to normal but before we do that what I'd like you to do is put your tongue on the roof of the mouth and imagine a golden dome coming out over you,
Front and back,
Side and side,
Underneath and above you,
This golden dome is going to protect you because you could be in a vulnerable space for a little while while you integrate,
This golden dome will protect me from all harm and danger and any psychic attack or otherwise for the next 24 hours,
I'm just thanking the higher beings who are helping put that in place,
