Peace,
Beautiful souls,
I'm Shea.
This Prana session is geared towards relaxing the nervous system,
Slowing the heart rate down,
And calming the mind and body.
Start by getting into a comfortable position.
You can lie or sit straight up.
Take a moment to just observe your breath coming in and out of your body.
Start to relax your entire body from head to toe.
Letting go of any tension or stress.
Feeling yourself anchored into the ground below you.
I invite you to think of one thing you're grateful for today.
And activate that experience of gratitude as if it's happening right now.
We will be breathing in and out through the nose,
Expanding the belly.
Starting in 3.

End.
Out.
Out.
In,
Filling your belly with air.
Out.
Releasing any tension in the body on the exhale.
In.
Out.
Out.
Continuing to breathe nice and steady,
Nice and slow.
Relaxing deeper into your body.
In.
Out.
Out.
Outro in continuing to relax.
Out.
Now let's extend our exhale even further.
Breathe in.
Exhale.
Exhale.
Out.
Out.
Feel how with each exhale your body melts deeper into relaxation.
Out And again,
Feeling your belly completely.
Without releasing everything that no longer serves you in this moment.
Out.
And completely surrender.
Let go out.
Out.
Out.
Now let's begin to extend even further.
Breathe in.
Out.
Out.
Belt.
Each inhale,
Picture healing light filling your chest.
With each exhale,
Feel yourself sinking deeper into peace.
Out.
Releasing all fight or flight energy in.
Out,
Resting in stillness.
Notice how your heartbeat has naturally slowed down.
In replenishing your body with oxygen.
Out.
Out.
Out.
Now return to your natural breath.
Notice how different your body feels compared to when we started.
Feel the heaviness in your limbs,
The clarity in your mind.
Your nervous system has shifted from fight or flight into rest and digest.
Take a moment to appreciate this calm state you've created.
Remember that this breath is always available to you during moments of stress.
Your exhale is your body's natural way of activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
Your relaxation response.
You can return to this practice anytime you need to center yourself.
Thank you for sharing this healing space with me.
Continue to breathe naturally as you slowly wiggle your fingers and toes,
Bringing gentle awareness back into your body.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes,
Carrying this peaceful energy with you throughout your day.
You have a purpose.
You are a gift.
