This heart-led discovery session is inspired by the Japanese concept of Ikigai and it’s interpreted through my gentle, Heartisan lens.
Rather than asking you to figure out your purpose, this course invites you to listen inwardly and notice what feels quietly alive, meaningful, and true for you right now.
Through short reflections, sensory awareness, and guided moments of stillness, you’ll explore what You love, what comes naturally to You, what feels needed in your own world, and what kind of support truly nourishes you.
This isn’t about finding final answers; it’s about opening a relationship with yourself and what is beginning to emerge.

This session gently guides you to notice where your heart feels drawn to respond or contribute — without overwhelm or responsibility to fix everything. You’ll explore how small, authentic responses within your own world naturally ripple outward.

What Might Support Me (Reciprocity/Exchange)
In this final session, you’ll reflect on what it feels like to be supported and to receive in ways that honour your energy and value. This is an invitation to soften into balance, allowing reciprocity to feel nourishing rather than effortful.
