What we are doing in retraining ourselves is establishing new neural pathways that we can opt in to by choice…instead of falling in to old ways that only lead to more insomnia.

In effect we are constructing a bridge between theory and practice to restore natural sleep patterns in a knowledgeable manner…moving from just talking about it to actually walking the walk.
