You’ll learn how, why, and when to use this pose as an empath or sensitive person, especially during moments of fatigue, emotional overwhelm, or overstimulation.
We’ll close with a simple guided practice, offering modifications and a rebound posture to help you receive the full energetic benefits with ease and comfort.

In this closing session, Ali will guide you through a gentle reflection on everything you've explored in the Yin for Empaths sequence. You'll revisit the key takeaways from the course, both practical and energetic, and receive empowering insights on how to continue thriving as a sensitive, intuitive being in a fast-paced world.
You'll also learn where to access a full recorded practice that includes all five poses from the sequence, so you can return to it anytime you need grounding, release, or energetic reset.
