Whether you're in the process of healing trauma or deepening your commitment to embodying self-compassion, this course helps you open to the possibilities of healing that are already innate in you.
Tend to your heart/mind/body with meditative trauma informed practices that ease you into the here and now, opening to a more full spectrum experience of who you genuinely are.
When we can turn our hearts and minds towards all that's arising in this moment and embrace what's here with care, we become regulated, balanced, embodied, connected and more ourselves. This cutting edge work supports your trauma healing process so that healing doesn't have to be so hard.
Join me for some moments of mindful and embodied community practice that includes teachings, specific somatic nervous system support, guided trauma-informed mindfulness, and somatic tools for meeting the present moment.
- Sink into trauma-informed practices to support your nervous system’s capacity to expand so that you can respond to life and all that comes with it instead of reacting.
- Discover various types of somatic nervous system regulation and mindful meditation practices that support coming into the body in meeting the present moment with more of a sense of safety and ease.
- Create a more nourishing relationship with yourself in this fresh moment in time that’s kind, affirming, and steady.
- Discover a “less is more” somatic healing experience that will stay with you for a lifetime.
- Welcome the parts of you that have been hardest to hold. When we increase our sense of safety, connection, and presence we can more easily feel the full spectrum of our feelings which so many of us tend to run away from, shut down around, or distract which is VERY human. When we can truly embrace and meet what we’re feeling, we have access to power and freedom.
Expect to learn new concepts around nervous system regulation, co-regulation, and healing, to be guided in 15-25 minute daily practices, meditate, breathe, move, laugh, love it, hate it, and everywhere in between. Take what you love and leave the rest.

Lição 1
Meeting This Moment
As we arrive together, we create space for intention and sinking into what we'd love to have happen in these 7 days.
Cultivate compassion for why and how we do what we do and create space for all that's here.
Learn about how less is more and how the simplicity of practice can bring more ease.
Come into the center, rest into support, and allow your nervous system to settle so that you can expand your capacity to respond to each moment whole-heartedly instead of reacting.
Little by little we welcome our mind/heart/body and learn how to be in the moment with gentleness and care while also leaning into intentional meditative nervous system regulation and co-regulation support.
Lição 2
Taking Up Nourishment
As our nervous systems soak up the nourishment from this simple yet precious support, we breathe life back into our bones. We begin to get in touch with our goodness once we feel more safe to welcome every part of ourselves home. Healing happens through embracing instead of trying to fix and figure it out. As our nervous systems settle, we begin to naturally feel more kind towards ourselves and our inner self-talk has space to come alive in new ways - it’s like meeting a new friend or remembering an old one that is just deeply loving - and great company.
Rest into meditative nervous system regulation support, also known as Transforming Touch or Transforming Presence and allow your body/heart/mind to receive the deep nourishment it's been calling for.
Lição 3
Triangle Of Healing
These practices teach us to listen differently. With our whole bodies and beings. When we sit down, everything comes up with it. So we meet every part with as much warmth as we can.
Our willingness to show up and welcome all parts of ourselves goes against the stream and mainstream culture. Here we learn how to stop pushing away pain and grasping for pleasure and instead be here in a state of curiosity, care, and awareness where we can experience freedom.
Building an inner foundation of support and steadiness, we widen the space inside to have room for everything with more of a sense of peace and ease. The meditative nervous system regulation work we explore today is a Transforming Touch or Transforming Presence practice called the Healing Triangle.
Lição 4
Kindness
"Metta" or "Loving Kindness" is one of the main practices that we can lean into when we feel lost and alone. It's a way we can train our hearts and minds towards goodness, gentleness, friendliness, and kindness.
It's a fierce yet kind protection from the intensity of our minds and the intensity of the world. It helps us deepen our connection with ourselves, others, and all beings - even amidst challenges. Especially amidst challenges.
Today we combine the Healing Triangle and the Loving Kindness phrases so that our bodies can become more regulated as we integrate this experience of kindness over the long term.
Lição 5
Resting Into Support
How do we allow space to connect with an experience of infinite love?
How do we allow all the parts of ourselves that come up when we turn our hearts and minds in this direction?
Supporting the body to feel more safe, supported and more at ease helps us have space for so much more.
This short healing triangle practice gives us a place to exhale into so we can welcome all of the possibilities of healing.
Lição 6
Fierce Compassion
As we welcome compassion we can turn our hearts towards pain, joy, and everything in between. We need safety to allow ourselves to soften into compassion and through the regulation work, we grow this slowly together. When we have fierce compassion, we can build a loving layer of protection like a fierce bear protects their young. The more our genuine embodied compassion is increased, the more protection and ease we have.
This practice offers various phrases that help to cultivate compassion within. As we move through the meditative nervous system support work called Transforming Touch or Transforming Presence, we welcome the experience of compassion as it naturally arises.
Lição 7
Steady & Balanced
Strong spine, soft front, and resting balanced in between. As we invite equanimity more fully into our experience, there is so much space to welcome ourselves just as we are - with awareness and care. Resting into the support of the healing triangle and calling on the mountain as inspiration for welcoming life as it is.
Additionally, learn a brief go-to practice that I call the "vagal hold", and a concept called "stitching" that helps us steadily move towards regulation, healing and integration sustainably over the long-term.
May these practices carry out into your life and have a ripple effect of joy, ease and steadiness.
