We often think of trust as something we have to do — a muscle we have to flex or a decision we have to make. But when life begins to "crackle" and the things we relied on fall away, we discover that true trust isn't a performance of the will. It is a surrender of the grip.
This is a personal contemplation on how we can reimagine our relationship to trust.

Restoring Trust In The Body — Somatic & Breathwork Meditation
When we feel overwhelmed or lost in times of transition, we often "tighten up" inside to protect ourselves. Without even knowing it, we start living in a state of bracing that keeps us from feeling at peace and in a state of trust.
This session is about learning to notice where we brace or armour ourselves. By simply breathing and softening the tension we hold in our bodies, we can stop "trying so hard" or "shutting ourselves off" and finally feel safe enough to receive the grace and support that is already here for us.
