Our journey will start with Deep Diaphragmatic Breathing while meditating. By placing one hand on your chest and the other on your abdomen, you'll be able to physically feel your body respond to each breath, grounding you in the present moment and cultivating a sense of inner tranquility.

In this section, we transition into Savasana, a restorative pose that allows you to release tension and surrender into a state of deep relaxation. We will engage in Progressive Muscle Relaxation, a systematic approach that guides you to consciously release tension from each part of your body, from your toes to your scalp.
Mindful Breathing serves as a gentle, grounding anchor during this rest period. Without any intention to modify or control, you will simply observe the natural rhythm of your breath, allowing it to lull you into an even deeper state of relaxation.
